No, they said yes to all aggravating factors. Only yes to mitigating so far is DS's age.

Maybe mitigating in the sense that he could likely just die of natural causes before he'd get the needle anyway.

They were all unanimous.

All of the aggravating factors were unanimous YES. The only mitigating factor that has a YES so far is DS's age. They are still reading through the C4 mitigating factors (which were numerous, A - PPP)

He looks like he is angry that there are not mitigating circumstances. He keeps hearing: "No" (as in, that is not a factor in what he did).
