This letter is bad it shows the level of control PB demands from others in his life.

I love it The prosecutor is using PB's own words to hang him! imo

  • #483
I think PB realizes the HH was a stupid move on his part. The State just pinned him. PB didn't want to be seen, he wanted to be alone and talk with Chris to discuss his thoughts about suicide. So then he picks up a HH'er?

omg this guy is an idiot. I can 'understand' handwriting versus typing in the computer, but who writes all that AND KEEPS IT?!?!?!?

Young Pedro is nowhere near as smart as he thinks he is.

A self absorbed, all important to himself egotist?

I am absolutely loving this prosecutor!!

If Pedro thinks he is coming across as smart and charming he is disillusional. He is showing he is cunning, assertive and manipulative.

  • #489
I am seriously trying to understand what Pedro was thinking when he took the stand.

  • #490
omg there is a hitchhiker? this is AWESOMESAUCE.

  • #491
Pedro's story has got more holes in it than a porcupine's underwear!

  • #492
I concur PB should have never got on the stand. You don't think you need a Juan to get a witness to talk this attorney is doing and excellent job! imo

Can someone help me here? Is he claiming the lid just came off the paint tin of its own accord and the paint spilled out over the back seat?

If your paint tins in the US are the same as ours - there's no way a lid could just come off like that by accident. You need to chisel them off.

If I ever meet someone who says 'Do you know how that affects me?' I will :hills:

I am not sure. The attorney might be suggesting that Pedro intentionally opened the can and poured some out to cover something up. IDK

I don't think it opened on its own.

I need a blow torch to get some of those lids off but yeah you got it right Pedro is claiming the lid must have come off in the back of his car.

Maybe it was that good for nothing hitchhiker? Did anyone check that screwdriver for an alibi?

Yes the attorney asked him if he took his screwdriver and pried the lid off and pour some paint over the stains.
