That elevator video came up on my feed again today.

People were trying to say she was just trying to get him out of the elevator.

I think in the beginning it looks like she was trying to close it before he came in, but then she assaults him until the door opens up, and then follows him out of the elevator and continues the attack.

It looks like a possibility plea deal on the table. If so, and it's a sweetheart of a deal like Sarah Boone was offered; she would be smart to take it and not be a dummy like SB and decline it. jmo

Took a moment to view that video. IMO from it, it is very clear who the aggressor is. And it is not the now slain victim.

If the state of FL prosecutors are considering a plea for the defendant, I hope they are not too generous. Not at all. It is not deserving.

The slain victim in that video did all he could to deflect, defuse, and avoid her continued assaults. He did not IMO do anything to escalate or continue the altercation.

This defendant needs to fully prosecuted for this slaying. And I almost wonder if perhaps the victim was possibly given something to render him subdued? I do not know details of the case. But wouldn’t be surprised if he was attacked while asleep? Or if he might have been fed something or given something to affect his reaction ability?

Seems the defendant does not need to be given the chance to possibly do something like this again. To another individual. MOO
