I was asking in reference to my suggestion of miscommunication of some sort with city PD & county...

Aaaah. Yeah, it just adds one more wondering point to the mystery. Well out of jurisdiction, undocumented incident, secrecy, just sets the hinkometer off.

But, FWIW, I've had the B/F as prime suspect, from the beginning, and if LE was a little more forthcoming, he'd be the only one I could see as involved.
IMO, she was not in the car, or at the friend's house.

This post shared another photo of a beautiful young woman who is still missing. It’s been over 4 months since Cieha disappeared.

It was asked:
•if dogs were ever used to attempt to track Cieha’s whereabouts or to give a possible direction of travel...It was answered with: Yes, several times.
•if there has been any new developments in Cieha’s case...Answer: Unfortunately there has not been. We are devastated.
•if the boyfriend has been questioned any more after the initial questioning? Answer: Yes.
•if the family has hired a private investigator? Answer: Yes, the family does have a PI.

I'm glad to hear they have a PI. Some people will talk to a PI but not LE. I hope the PI can flush out some facts.

Under the post, someone asked if their were any new leads or developments. It was answered: “There have been leads but nothing significant.”

It was also shared that the police physically searched for her early on when she was reported missing. Her family did as well and the family continues searching.

It was asked what’s the story with the boyfriend?
Answer: “He says she dropped him off about 4 at a friend’s house. The friend says the same thing. He has been questioned more than once. As far as we know, he has not been cleared.”
Someone asked about a lie detector test. The reply given: Let’s hope as the investigation moves on, one is used.

No one just vanishes. Someone had to have seen something or heard something. What happened to Cieha Annette Taylor? Why isn’t more being done to find her? Why won’t the detectives return phone calls? Why won’t the sheriff speak with the family? We feel we are not being treated fairly! If your child was missing regardless if they are 8, 18 or 28 years old wouldn’t you be knocking doors down also demanding answers???

Cieha has been missing for 21 weeks. Let that sink in 21 weeks of unanswered questions as to where our girl is or what happened to her????????

Each day it gets harder and harder. Each holiday that passes or family celebration she’s not at we’re devastated. Our lives have been at a stand still. We need answers. Most of all we need the Hillsborough County Sheriffs office to do there job. Our calls need to be answered. Our questions need to be answered.

148 days...... That’s how long 28 yr old Cieha Annette Taylor has been missing since Thursday February 06, 2020. When she was last seen dropping her boyfriend off at his friends house in Plant City FL.

148 days...... The Hillsborough County Sheriff office knew her car was found abandoned on the train tracks by a Plant City Police Officer and moved to the side of the road and locked with her belongings inside. HCSO did not start investigating her disappearance until 4 days later on Monday February 10, 2020 once family found her vehicle and filed a missing person report.

148 days...... Of agony not knowing where our girl is.

148 days...... Of unanswered questions.

We desperately need answers. We need to find our girl. We need her home.

Her car was found 1/2 mile from where she dropped her boyfriend off at 3 hours prior. All her belongings were with her car.

The post states the following:

Day 151- Cieha Annette Taylor is still missing.

Have you seen me??? My name is Cieha Annette Taylor??? My family is desperately looking for me. I was last seen on Thur, Feb. 06, 2020, dropping my boyfriend off in Plant City FL at his friends house off Trapnell and Cowart Rd. My car was found 3 hours later just blocks away abandoned with my belongings inside and cell phone on the ground by Plant City PD around 7pm that night.
No one has seen me since leaving that house at 4pm on Thur afternoon. My family was not notified I was missing until 4 days later after calling my phone nonstop and looking for me; a friend discovered my car on the side of the road locked with all my belongings inside.
If you know anything please come forward and help bring me home.

As far as her boyfriend stands, we have not been made privy to what was discussed during his interviews with the detectives. As far as we know he has not been cleared however his name has not publicly been announced nor has he been arrested or served with a search warrant.
We do not have contact with him. He has not helped or reached out to assist in finding Cieha.

•some family members and friends protested at HCSO previously; an officer came out to speak with them briefly, but the sheriff has yet to return any phone calls or reached out.
•they are planning another protest in the near future

It’s been 155 days since Cieha went missing in Plant City FL after dropping off her boyfriend at a friends home. She has not been seen since then. Her car was found 3 hours later around the block abandoned with her belongings inside.

Our family is devastated there have been no new leads and little to no information given to us by HCSO.

Cieha Annette Taylor is still missing. Cieha was last seen in Plant City Florida on Thursday February 06, 2020. Our families hearts are broken. We are devastated this is something we would never wish on anyone. We’ve received little to know updates on Ciehas case. Ciehas case is still an open and ongoing investigation. We understand the detectives cannot share every single detail with us. It’s just so hard not knowing.

Please join us in solidarity for Cieha on Saturday August 8, 2020 at 6pm for a candlelight prayer vigil for Cieha.

We pray and hope our girl is found before this event. If that is not the case this will be the 6 month since Cieha has been missing.

We know no matter how bold our requests may seem God can do all we ask and so much more! If we touch and agree he will answer our prayers. We are praying for answers. We are praying the Lord will lead us in the right direction to find our girl.

My heart breaks for Cieha's family (and the families of all the missing). It must be so hard to want answers but not get any from LE. I understand that LE cannot risk compromising the investigation, but that doesn't help a family looking for answers. Ideally, LE is working behind the scenes and has more information than we know.

I’m confused. Coward Rd and Trapnell are actually INSIDE city limits, not OUTSIDE. I thought PCPD was handling Ceiha’s case, did it get shifted to HCSO. I must have missed that.
