BBM.

I'm assuming his "friends" didn't really know him that well?

"Candelario" is the Spanish masculine form of a Christian holiday that occurs on February 2 ("Candlemas" in English), which could suggest that's his birthday. It's a traditional Christian practice to name children after a saint or feast occurring on the birth date.

I did email Kristin Adams for CCSO, she says that this decedent isn't really unidentified and that those names are likely one of his.
