He hasn't been named as a person of interest or charged with anything other than the child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on his puter as yet. LE are being very careful not to link the two cases.

Oh thanks! It just seems to me he would be an obvious poi since the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 was taken off the day of or before(?) can't remember which. And the fact that she was wrapped in her blanket and he was the last one to see her. But I guess that's just jaded me, lol.

Jaded me too because it seems obvious here too. But I understand the care they're taking in building the case and making sure that they have all the facts.

I'm wondering if the mother alone will be able to handle all of the kids. She works full time and two of the kids according to the mother have serious problems that need constant tending to. If two parents couldn't keep up with the needs of their special children and as a result their house was filthy then what will it be like when just one parent is there to take on the full responsibility? It seems like it would be quite a big job for one person.

That makes me sick that the two videos were of a man raping a child. No one without a sick mind would even want to watch something like that. He is really perverted. Did LE ever say if CoralRose was raped? I think the dad is a major suspect but LE just isn't saying anything yet.

I don't have the link, but I'm pretty sure that I read that Coral Rose hadn't been sexually assaulted. That doesn't mean that Dale wasn't trying to get her or the other children on video for his sicko internet friends though. I wonder if the boys who were soiling themselves are improving after being rescued/removed from Dale.

You have a good point about the boys. I read an article by the grandfather and even though their lives were full he didn't talk like the kids were pooping and peeing all over the place or were to much for the older couple to handle.

When I worked with troubled teens we had a young boy who had a lot of problems with his bowels. He was under a doctors care in one of the big hospitals in the closest big town. Come to find out his problem developed because of being raped over a period of years by an older brother. Makes me wonder about the two boys and Dale. I can't get over a father of so many children wanting to watch videos of a young child being raped. That alone tells me that there is something majorly wrong with this father. I hope that all of the children have been talked to by someone who deals with sexual abuse. I also wonder why the oldest girl has lived with the grandparents for years. Seems to me there is a lot of investigating to do within that family.

Maybe the intentions were to rape CoralRose but she fought him and he ended up strangling her trying to keep her quiet before he had the chance to rape her. I can't imagine why a stranger would take a little girl from her home and kill her without sexually assulting her at some point. What would be the point?

Right, and if the abduction was planned, the abductor could have had restraints and not had much trouble overpowering a little girl. It's really suspicious. Even if Dale wasn't trying to rape yet, he could have been trying to get videos or pics in order to stay in the pervert internet community and to get more images downloaded from this group. I just hope that the whole thing is being checked out. I'd also like to know if the autistic boys are able to verbalize and communicate enough to tell what might have been going on with their bodies. I noticed in one article that the grandpa mentioned how the kids' grades had been going down from straight A's. Don't know if he meant the two older teens, I believe one was in college, or any of the kids taken from the Fullwoods.

Denies request for supervised release

Synopsis: Judge grants Dale Fullwood another reduction in bond, setting it to $1,000 per count. Fullwood is charged with two counts of possession of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 and needs to come up with $2,000 to go free.

SARASOTA - Dale Fullwood's testimony Wednesday convinced a judge to lower his bond.

Fullwood told Circuit Court Judge Charles Roberts that he has lived in Florida since 1977, owns a home in Cape Coral, has family nearby and was employed when he was arrested. He also has about $800 in his checking account.

Fullwood is the father of 6-year-old Coralrose who was found on Sept. 17 slain in a construction site near her Calabash Lane home in North Port.

Roberts granted Fullwood's request to lower his bond. Roberts set bond at $1,000 per count for possession of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. However, Fullwood's attorney, Assistant Public Defender Adam Tebrugge, wanted a supervised release or nonmonetary release.

At press time, Fullwood had not posted bond and was still in jail.

Tebrugge said he would wait until next week to see if Fullwood can post bond before he does anything else.

Tebrugge said he could not speculate whether Fullwood would be able to raise the $2,000 or get a bondsman to accept $200 and $1,800 in collateral.

Fullwood was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with two counts of possession of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Police allegedly found videos on his computer at his North Port home.

Fullwood told Roberts he has a wife and four children in Florida, and a brother who lives in Cape Coral. He also testified that he still maintains a "close relationship" to his in-laws (Saul and Doreen VanderWoude of Fort Myers).

If he were to be released, Fullwood said he would live in his Cape Coral home. His wife, Ellen-Beth, has also moved out of their North Port home.

Assistant State Attorney Steven Zimath said he believed the court "got it right the first time" when it set Fullwood's bond at $50,000.

Zimath said there are various forms of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, and the court was correct in calling what Fullwood allegedly had on his computer as the "worst kind."

Zimath argued that Fullwood does not have ties to Sarasota County. All his family lives in Lee County.

Tebrugge then asked Fullwood where he was living when he was arrested, and he replied "in Sarasota County."

"Do you still have your keys, or did your wife (Ellen-Beth) turn them in?" Zimath asked Fullwood.

"No, I still have my keys," Fullwood said. "I was never asked to give them back."

Zimath asked Fullwood if he had a job waiting for him.

When Zimath asked Fullwood whether he knew if the bar where he worked was under new ownership, and Fullwood said yes.

"The new owners said they wanted me to work for them," Fullwood said.

Chief Circuit Judge Robert Bennett initially set Fullwood's bond at $50,000. The arrest warrant Bennett signed had $25,000 bond handwritten on it.

Last week, Tebrugge was granted his petition in the Second District Court of Appeal, claiming Fullwood was being illegally jailed. Roberts responded to the appeals court and lowered Fullwood's bond to $10,000.

Tebrugge said he was not satisfied, and filed a second motion to rehear a bond reduction. Tebrugge said in is motion Fullwood does not have any money to post the $10,000 bond, and is willing to provide testimony on his character and ties to the community.

Roberts stated in his reply to the appeals court since no testimony on Fullwood's character and ties to the community was given, he could not justify a lower bond.

During the investigation into Coralrose's murder officers found the 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 on the computer and subsequently arrested him. North Port Chief Terry Lewis has repeatedly said the arrest is not connected with the murder investigation.

Four other children living with Dale and Ellen-Beth, were taken from them and currently live with the VanderWoudes in Fort Myers.

The couple has several custody hearings in Sarasota scheduled for early in 2007. They each have separate court-appointed lawyers for the hearings.

From above link:
If he were to be released, Fullwood said he would live in his Cape Coral home. His wife, Ellen-Beth, has also moved out of their North Port home.

Has Ellen moved out since the break-ins started?

These people are unbelievable. Why would Dale say that he still has a close relationship with his inlaws who have the children. I think they must be daring someone to take their kids away and put them into foster care. He shouldn't even have mentioned the inlaws. I really hope he doesn't get out of jail and doesn't go near those kids.

Fullwood out of jail on bond
One day after Circuit Court Judge Charles Roberts lowered Dale Fullwood's bond to $2,000, he was released.

According to the Sarasota County Jail, Fullwood posted bond at 4:30 p.m. Thursday. ABC Bail Bonds of Sarasota wrote the bond.

Fullwood was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with two counts of possession of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Police allegedly found videos on his computer at his North Port home. He is the father of 6-year-old Coralrose who was found on Sept. 17 slain in a construction site near her Calabash Lane home in North Port.

It is not known who put up the money and security for Fullwood's bond.

Fullwood's testified Wednesday he had a home in Cape Coral and $800 in a checking account.

According to the Lee County's Property Appraiser and circuit court records, Fullwood owns the Cape Coral home with his wife, Ellen-Beth.

Records show the house on the 400 block of SW 43rd Lane in Cape Coral appraised at $195,090 for 2006. It also shows the Fullwoods purchased the house in October, 1999 for $89,900.

Court records show two recorded mortgages on the home. The first mortgage is for $88,400, originally written by the Money Tree Lending Group. The second mortgage is for $20,000 and was written by the Cape Coral Housing and Development Corporation in October, 2002.

Based on the property appraisers and court records, Fullwood has about $86,690 in equity.

It is not known if Ellen-Beth helped Dale make bond, of whether the Cape Coral house was used as security for the bond.

When asked in an earlier interview about whether the family is close to Fullwood, Saul VanderWoude said; "He's my son-in-law, what else can I say." VanderWoude would not comment about any prior or future efforts to help with Fullwood's bond.

Fullwood was unavailable for comment. A call to his cell phone had another person's name and voice in the recorded message.

Well let's hope LE gets him if he's guilty so that justice can be served and the truth about that child's death be known.

That really is odd, is he taunting them, (the inlaws, LE)?

Regarding the judge asking if Dale had turned the keys in, if she has any sense EBF changed the locks.

I was hoping that Dale wouldn't get out of jail. He probably won't even have to do time for downloading the child 🤬🤬🤬🤬.

LE may have a "bigger picture" plan if they suspect he's the killer so by letting him out they might be giving him enough rope to hang himself so to speak.

Coralrose Fullwood's father freed on bail

By GINNY LAROE and HEATHER ALLEN

After two months in jail, Dale Fullwood was able to make bail, but neither his family or former workplace were welcoming him back Friday.

Fullwood, 46, whose 6-year-old daughter was found dead in September, arranged for $2,000 bail Thursday night. It's unclear where he went or if anyone helped him come up with the $200 in cash needed to secure his release.

"To the best of my knowledge, no one in my family has posted his bond," said Saul VanderWoude, Fullwood's father-in-law. "It is my understanding that he posted the bond himself."
.
.
.
Meanwhile, his wife and in-laws -- who once described him as a caring, dedicated father -- have distanced themselves from Fullwood. None have ever attended his hearings or offered public support.

"There are no friendly faces for him on this side of the wall," said Marci Bartoe, Dale Fullwood's sister-in-law.

His wife, Ellen-Beth Fullwood, has moved from the family's North Port home. Efforts to reach her for comment were unsuccessful.

Her oldest son, Seaton VanderWoude, 21, a college student in Washington, D.C., said he believes his mother and stepfather will divorce. VanderWoude said that despite the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 charges, he believes his stepfather is a good man.
.
.
.
The VanderWoudes said they planned to contact the state Department of Children & Families to arrange a meeting between Dale Fullwood and his children.

It is unclear where Fullwood went when he got out of jail, though family members say he may move into a house in Cape Coral that the family had left in July.

At a bail reduction hearing Wednesday, Fullwood said he planned to go back to work at the North Fort Myers bar where he was employed before his arrest. But the restaurant's new owner, Cindy Schultz, said his old job is no longer available.

"For one, we have another bartender already," Schultz said. "We're trying to make a go of the place. Any bad publicity we feel would jeopardize trying to get clientele. Personally, I've met him, seems like he is a really nice gentleman."
.
.
.
A Secret Service task force based in Miami examined Fullwood's laptop and found dozens of images and videos with titles describing violent sexual activity between men and young girls, records show. A doctor examined two of the files and determined that they depicted a girl under 12 being raped.

Fullwood has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
.
.
.
"I'm very happy that things worked out and that he was able to secure pretrial release," Assistant Public Defender Adam Tebrugge said. "Now we can work on our case and not have the pressure of him sitting there in jail.

(More @ Source)

So the family has distanced themselves from him, divorce is looming, no job hmmm so no friendly faces waiting for Dale. Can't say I'm put out over that because he starting to get what he deserves.

Bond posted one day after judge lowers it

Synopsis: Dale Fullwood posted bond one day after a judge lowered it. Family members said they did not help bond Fullwood out of jail.

SARASOTA -- One day after Circuit Court Judge Charles Roberts lowered Dale Fullwood's bond to $2,000, he walked out a free man.

According to the Sarasota County Jail, Fullwood posted bond at 4:30 p.m. Thursday. ABC Bail Bonds of Sarasota wrote the bond. Fullwood left the jail about 8:30 p.m.

No one knows who donated money and security for Fullwood's bond. According to family members, none of them posted the bond.

Doreen Vanderwoude, Fullwood's mother-in-law, said he called to ask if the family would be willing to help him out after his bond was reduced to $2,000.

"We spoke to family members, we told them Dale's request, and they said they were not going to post bail," Vanderwoude said. "How he got out, I do not know."

Vanderwoude said she later received a call from Fullwood Thursday night at 10 p.m., which she said Fullwood said; "I'm out. They just left the door open for me and told me I can leave, and I'm heading down towards North Fort Myers.'"

Beth Fullwood, 54, who is married to Dale's brother, Alan, 57, also said no one in the family posted his bond.

"We can't explain these things (about Dale's alleged 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 charges) to ourselves, let alone to our children," said Beth, who is raising her 7-year-old granddaughter, and her daughter, Jessica, 25, who is expecting a child in February. "He's just not welcome here at this point I will not put my children in jeopardy for what he's done. I just won't do that."

Beth Fullwood said her family's lives have been turned upside since Dale's arrest.

"Alan is devastated by this," she said. "This has totally floored us as a family, because we never (would have) expected this. But, I do pray for him daily."

Dale Fullwood testified Wednesday he had a home in Cape Coral and $800 in a checking account. However, Beth Fullwood said the home has been vandalized in Dale's absence.

According to Fullwood's attorney, assistant public defender, Adam Tebrugge, Fullwood did not have any money to post any bond. He unsuccessfully argued for a nonmonetary or supervised release.

In the application for criminal indigent status he filed with the circuit court on Oct. 13, Fullwood stated he had no checking account, no cash, and no equity in property. He stated he was more than $100,000 in debt.

However, based on the records from the Lee County Property Appraiser and court records, Fullwood has about $86,690 equity in his Cape Coral house.

According to the Lee County's Property Appraiser and circuit court records, Fullwood owns the Cape Coral home with his wife, Ellen-Beth.

Records show the house on the 400 block of SW 43rd Lane in Cape Coral appraised at $195,090 for 2006. It also shows the Fullwoods bought the house in October 1999 for $89,900.

Court records show two recorded mortgages on the home. The first mortgage is for $88,400, originally written by the Money Tree Lending Group. The second mortgage is for $20,000 and was written by the Cape Coral Housing and Development Corporation in October 2002.

Fullwood was unavailable for comment. A call to his cell phone had another person's name and voice in the recorded message.
