CA - I miss our old chats!!!! bwahahahahahaha

He's totally checked out of this conversation with her. She's just ranting and he's just letting her and checked out of the conversation.

This is how they talk all the time. Just nonsense blather. wow.

It is no longer strange, why KM did not take plea deals if she were anywhere of guilt. KM appears to be a strong person in all these dealings. If involved in what is alleged, she appears to be a driver. She is not an accessory.

I am not familiar with all the protagonists’ voices. Hence, I could not say for sure who said what. Was a mention made of a New York accent? And, a statement of the effect of “I will find out if my brother is behind this …”? Is it a fact that SG has brother in New York?

These Miami lawyers appear to be affluent, highly educated and smart. Does it seem as if they are talking down at the Tallahassee judge and State attorneys? Sometimes, it seems DeCoste is “speaking at (even spitting at)” the witnesses instead of “speaking to” the witnesses.

TV screen and courtroom perceptions could be different. If they are in fact speaking down at these Tallahassee people in the courtroom, the Tallahassee local jury members may resent the defendants.
The judge and jury are highly intelligent. That's been obvious. I think the defense attorneys know that. I think the condescending manner is just their natural defense style. JMO.

Unless KM flips or someone else comes forward I don't believe the Adelsons will be arrested.
I disagree, I don't think they need her as much as I thought they did. I am wondering if it's all strategy. Put the little fish on trial; stir the pot a bit by showing a little bit of the hand your holding towards the big fish. I don't think this is over by a long shot.

The KM defense team looks frazzled...

SG must be going mad hearing these two banter like they are.

KM has CA's garage key code tattooed on her body? Is that what she just said?

Thanks... Then it doesn't make any sense if the United States Supreme Court deemed it legal and admissible. I thought they were the ultimate arbiter.

Judge said 1800's outdated ruling by Supreme Court Moo

Judge didn't like it, but said he had to abide by, and therefore interpretation was no transcript. Perhaps media tonight will explain lol.

I think the whole point of this particular call is to show how tight KM and CA are with each other, even post break-up.

No offense but these phone calls do prove nothing at all, as of potential guilt. The phone calls show that the FBI and Police etc. are fishing. The "suspects" are stressed but ... who would not be stressed under this type of bulling?
I agree to some extent, but there are little gems within these phone calls that point to guilt - beyond reasonable doubt. These wire taped phone calls are just part of the big puzzle. The code talk (especially the phone number of the undercover guy) give it away that they were all sweating bullets. Why didn’t they blow it off. Laugh it off like “wow...some crazy dude walked up to mom on the street and handed her a flyer - people are crazy”. Why didn’t they phone police to say someone was threatening or blackmailing them? No, instead there was a flurry of nervous phone calls and talk whether to pay the guy. Does that sound innocent to you?

KM talking like she's some badass chola makes me want to vomit ... I thought she was from Philippines!! What's with the Latino accent?? They are both idiots!!

I think it was weed. She asked if it was going to stink up the car and he told her to put it in the trunk.

Judge: What is your legal objection?
Judge: Do you have a legal objection?

lol

Ohhhhh so CA is a drug dealer, possibly? That would actually make sense given all the cash on hand and the safe and sleeping with a gun.

Can you imagine smoke out of Garcias ears? Mr. Camera man, please put on Garcia team.

In response to another poster of thread. Yes, I also caught them taking about garage door code being mentioned just now. We talked about it a few days ago about Wendy possibly was driving by the house after Dan was murdered to shut the garage door with his garage door opener. When this was mentioned just now in this conversation which I never heard of before, I thought to perhaps transcribe it which is below. Note, this is a poor transcription as I'm about to lose my buffer for the case so I have to type quickly and it is not corrected.

CA- is that number really tatted on your side. Do you know that's been the number for my garage for the last 6 years

Km ???

CA- yeah when I set it up it just like looked like an easy number and configuration. That's where you got that number from?( she is laughing throughout him talking)

KM - yep that was my, I will never forget your code. I was like (garbeled)

CA- when we were kids we used to write them down on our hands

KM- but now we have to tattoo

And then they moved into Social Security numbers, cell numbers, and coordinates?

KM -

I think some of what they were blathering on about was just benign chit-chat.
