Wonder how Robert Adelson is liking hearing his brother trying to throw him under the bus?

Judge is again going over what he discussed earlier this morning why he is denying the transcript. He said he was going to deny it this morning. He does not agree with the United States Supreme Court on this, and it is an 1800 ruling which is outdated and he thinks needs to be updated. He was very clear that even the state possibly should appeal and get that changed in my opinion. But it is what it is. The transcript of the meeting will not be given.
At least the jury heard it.

Even Charlie? He's every bit as culpable as Katie.

Oh the whole Adelson family is culpable no doubt. I just don't think they have enough evidence on Charlie. They need KM to flip. He's not on any of these calls saying he's hired anybody to kill anybody.

WTF is she talking about right now? I've lost the thread. I really hate the way they talk. It's so jumbled and disorienting.

It is no longer strange, why KM did not take plea deals if she were anywhere of guilt. KM appears to be a strong person in all these dealings. If involved in what is alleged, she appears to be a driver. She is not an accessory.

I am not familiar with all the protagonists’ voices. Hence, I could not say for sure who said what. Was a mention made of a New York accent? And, a statement of the effect of “I will find out if my brother is behind this …”? Is it a fact that SG has brother in New York?

These Miami lawyers appear to be affluent, highly educated and smart. Does it seem as if they are talking down at the Tallahassee judge and State attorneys? Sometimes, it seems DeCoste is “speaking at (even spitting at)” the witnesses instead of “speaking to” the witnesses.

TV screen and courtroom perceptions could be different. If they are in fact speaking down at these Tallahassee people in the courtroom, the Tallahassee local jury members may resent the defendants.

Wondering if the brother will make an appearance since he was mentioned.

They are just babbling on and on and on and on trying to convince whoever has wiretapped them that this is just some random threat and they have no clue who or why or what......I guess they think the longer they talk about it, saying such ridiculous things, it will make it true.

I know. I'm barely tracking anything right now. It's so garbled.

Good point (what I bolded).

As far as the "new york accent" that was the undercover agent with the new york accent. The person talking about his brother is Charlie Adelson, pretending all this demand for money must be because someone in his family owes someone money, and he's "wondering" if it is his brother lol.

DBM Decided I needed to listen to more. Lol

I don't even think Charlie thinks it's making sense at this point. They are just talking, making no plans to get to the bottom of it, although they are using words to make it sound like they are.....lol

I don't think they did. It was the restaurant meeting between CA and KM.
Thanks... Then it doesn't make any sense if the United States Supreme Court deemed it legal and admissible. Aren't they the ultimate arbiters?
