I think we'll have verdict this evening! What do ya'll think? I mean...it's so clear...it shouldn't take more than a couple hours of deliberations imo.

The last big murder trial we had in Tallahassee had the verdict come in around 8 pm.

I hope someone has their eye on the Adelsons in the event of guilty verdicts. I'd imagine they'd have one foot out the door at this point.

Just catching up on the closings.

The divorce filings and the DM emails exhibit that GC relied on to present motive, have those ever been made public (besides lines quoted in news articles here or there)?

I wonder if the jury will start deliberations today or start fresh in the morning...
I believe the judge advised them they should work into the evening and on CourtTV the commentators discussed the likelihood that the jury would come to a decision tonight.

RE: Body Language and Statement Analysis
Watch defendant Katherine M. In the very first frames of the questioning. Her attorney asks her if she had any involvement in the murder. She answers, “No” but as she says the word, her head moves up and down, indicating yes. It happens several times in the first few minutes of her testimony.

Certainly hope so, but am so nervous! I really want justice for Dan’s family.
