At this point, I'm almost having enough compassion for KM that I think she should be let out on time served if she talks and all the Adelsons get convicted. She seems to have so severely been taken advantage of by the two men in her life (CA mostly, but also SG who got paid).

Ask me again tomorrow of course .

I for one, have NO compassion for this lying foul-mouthed . The day after the hit, she gleefully carried Charlie's sac of carefully stappled $100s (100 bundles $1000s = $100,000.00) to the preps, taking a large cut for herself. And that's not including the checks for nothing and a Lexus plus I sure more. I hope she doesn't take the plea, so when she is convicted she gets 30 years more!

This morning I went back to listen to the "Maestro" episode of the Over My Dead Body podcast (episode 5) so I could listen to the phone call CJA made to Donna after his conversation at Dolce Vita with KM. Jeez, Donna should be trembling at the prospect of being indicted as a co-conspirator. ... On another note, I'm in a trial right now in which we've got a well known audio expert who has clarified audio tracks for us in our case. He knows Keith McElveen (the former CIA specialist who did the audio enhancement) and says he's very well regarded in the field.

Considering poor Donna had diarrhea after the bump, she must be in sad, sad shape today! She'll go down before Wendi will. Will Charlie and Wendi let Mommy go down? Will they be able to even stop it?

Magbanua sold a decent and just man down the river to his execution (she warned Rivera and Garcia that he was out of town Saturday and they'd better kill him Friday in LR's version of events). She did this for the price of a pair of false breasts (I was about to use the T word). That's her level of morals and morality.

She deserves about 12-14 years for being the go between plus extensive parole time once she gets out. At 14 years nominal by FL standards she'd do 8.5 years. She helped kill for money & if you do that in FL with a prior felony or murder behind you , you may get the DP.

I agree that it is the person's actions that matter in criminal court, not their thoughts and feelings.

To me, it seems there was a conspiracy of 4 people necessary to kill poor Dan: someone to order and pay for it, someone to contact the others, help plan it and distribute the money, someone to drive and someone to shoot the gun.

IMO, unless there's additional evidence such as, perhaps, Wendi and/or Donna chosing the day and time, manipulating Dan to be more easily found, forcing Charlie to do it, or sharing essential information that Charlie could not have found out on his own, I don't see, at this point, that those two committed any crimes. Hating someone, wishing they were dead, isn't a crime...actually killing him is.
