She hasn't been named a POI or suspect by LE. Therefore her arrest record, social media, etc is all off limits. If she has been quoted in MSM regarding this case THAT is discussable and linkable - but that is all.

MOO from the very beginning was the dad paid JG to coincidentally meet the mom and get close to the family and at the perfect time kidnap diana and somehow get her back to him.. with the dad's girlfriends help or something like that... think about it, it's hard smuggling someone into the U.S. but it must be pretty easy smuggling someone out if the cops aren't on your tail... JG met the mom 3 years ago, the dad still lived in the U.S. then he could've been paying him this whole time or maybe told him he'd be paid when he comes back to mexico.. JMO..

In the begining of this case, wasn't there arguments going on on FB between the different sides of the family? IIRC, there were statements from dad's girlfriend/wife. Does anyone recall what I am talking about?

I am NOT good in going back to find something! Believe me, I have the worst time and I did try to find what I am speaking of here!

For some reason, something this girlfriend/wife said either on FB, in an original police interview, or a media report jumped out at me at the time. As I recall, it was her response to a question about Diana's father working with a person in the USA to get her sent to Mexico.

This factor of having Diana sent to Mexico does not seem far fetched. IMO. LE have stopped the search. They have said they have information not shared with the public. LE hasn't come up with positive evidence to connect Jorge to the mujrder of Diana. In fact, they do not appear to know where she is. Every few days I swing from alive and trafficked, to smuggled across the border to dad, or just plain and simple, Jorge groomed her for his own pleasure and she is no longer with us.

It amazes me how her mother has carried her baby this long. A strong lady in such a dire trauma.

Although possible, I do not think he sold her. And, if he did, he likely didn't get paid. Who is he going to tell?

I do not think he had permission to take her from her home, as I do not think that her mom or mom's BF were involved in selling or giving her away. Therefore he kidnapped her and it was most likely for his own gratification. Then he killed her.

I find it amazing that he admitted that he was with her at 3am. It is like he thinks it is normal for 9 year olds to be up at 3am visiting with grown men. Unless he picked up a dead child from the home to dispose of her. But, mom's BF took and passed a poly, so I think that is unlikely.

Why would he throw away his phone and then call it? Why would he throw it on the side of the road instead of in body of water? Because he is not a smart criminal.

I know everyone will want sources and all that and I don't have any, but when people are lying about things, whatever it is - it happened at 3am or 3pm.

Why were all the children so quiet that morning (per mom's BF)? What happened the night before that made these little kids remain in bed and quiet? Something very unpleasant and they were afraid is what I would think. Why was no one up and getting ready for church as mom's bf expected them to be?

I thought I had read there was a family party the night before and the kids were allowed to stay up until 10:30 PM. Some kids will wake up at their normal time no matter when you put them to bed and they will just be crankier from the lack of sleep. Some kids though will sleep in...so that could be the reason they were quiet, IMO.

I have a hard time giving creepy guys that much credit. A pedophile can also traffic girls or be a murderer. To me, someone who can do really evil things cross lots of criminal lines. IF (big if) he was asked to steal the girl, people knew he was someone that would get the job done cause he was not a good guy. No one would have thought they were asking the do-good guy to steal a child. I don't know. I think he is capable of anything, without remorse, and with thoughts of his own pleasure and financial gain along the way.

All I've seen is what Diana's 6 year old sibling told LE..

I believe she could quite possibly still be alive. This is both sad and good. I can't imagine the horror she would be living if she has been trafficked but then that at least has her alive.

How's mom? I feel for her, especially being so pregnant.

Where are you baby girl????? Can you imagine being the pregnant mom that has to stay calm because shes carrying another life. Bless her! Many prayers and heart felt sympathy for this mom and entire family.

Does anyone know what the reason might be that Diana is not listed in NamUs? There are 2 Diana's listed for the state of Florida however DA is not one of them.

I'm hoping she's safe in Mexico, but the unhealthy relationship JG had with her leads me to believe otherwise. Based on past similar cases, it's not likely that she will be found alive
