Let me just say, in NO way do I support JGT or any of his actions, I was simply just posting my opinion on why I believe that many are moving ... People will go without health care when dying, or be victims of crimes or abuse because fear of there immigration status.. JMO..

Yet another time he said they are not being given info, such as where JGT's car was located, because it's an active investigation. He said he wants to know that location so they can conduct their own search, but LE won't share any information that may jeopardize the investigation. I get the feeling he doesn't know much, if anything, more than we do.

And he clearly isn't aware that the federal complaint (that he referred to as the probable cause affidavit) and the indictment are public documents that everyone has access to (and linked in the opening post of this thread). When he mentioned a couple details contained in those documents, he was vague and acted like it was privileged information.

I'm taking everything this guy says with a grain a salt. He, himself, has made contradictory statements from his last presser to this one. He inserted himself into this case (pro bono) and he doesn't have a very good track record. He was admitted to the bar just 7 years ago and he's already been disciplined three times, two of which were suspensions from practicing law.

i kept thinking the same about the way info in the case is treated.
& in hearing different news teams speak about these updates we have recently received, I feel like people as a whole are not very informed about this case.

"Busatta said they have particular interest in hearing from a woman who may have seen Guerrero on the side of the Interstate 75 with a disabled vehicle. The woman made a since-deleted post on social media saying that Guerrero asked her to get away from the car when she asked if he needed help, Busatta said.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday that Guerrero accepted a ride to a gas station from someone who stopped to help when his car ran off State Road 60."

Wait. They all still lived together??? RH(her fiancé?), MAM, JGT, and all the kids?! Geez talk about a tight space ...
Also why would their boss say to only watch out for JGT with Diana? What about the sister(s)? That's strange...

I don't think the other kids were born or maybe were infants when the boss was warning them to keep Jorge away from Diana. And apparently that boss either had prior knowledge, or good intuition!!!!

I keep praying Jorge has a change of heart and soul. Only then will Diana's parents know where she is.

Anyone with knowledge and keeping it from LE, SHAME SHAME SHAME! Praying you have a change of heart as well! Call in the tip anonymous! Say you're afraid of deportation or whatever the reason, but tell what you know! It could be your child next, and no one helping you find their body. There's always predators lurking, and if everyone keeps helping them by not providing information, then they won't be caught! Everyone do your part to keep these predators away!!!

Bringing this back up here, this is MOO on what had happened...

MOO from the very beginning was the dad paid JG to coincidentally meet the mom and get close to the family and at the perfect time kidnap diana and somehow get her back to him.. with the dad's girlfriends help or something like that... think about it, it's hard smuggling someone into the U.S. but it must be pretty easy smuggling someone out if the cops aren't on your tail... JG met the mom 3 years ago, the dad still lived in the U.S. then he could've been paying him this whole time or maybe told him he'd be paid when he comes back to mexico.. JMO..

I believe it was said to be a pot of oil.
It still is hard for me to believe that a pot of oil could be left on a stove for 4 hours, on high and not catch fire. Remember there is a language barrier, their attorney has always reminded us of this, could the burner have been left on low?
I'm also not convinced that JG ever entered the house. There were texts that appeared to have been deleted, he might not have had to enter the house. Diana was a young innocent child, she could have gone out of the house on her own. The dog never barked.

I think you are correct. I just typed in Wilma Dame and she is missing from Texas and she wasn't in Namus either.
