What a bunch of unfair crap!! The ONLY reason these two <modsnip>'s haven't been charged for this precious baby's murder is because LE and DCF would go on trial right along with them.

This case infuriates me because DCF really dropped the ball and a child died because of it, not that they even noticed!!

I am infuriated that the parents haven't been charged with murder (and are out free as far as I know).

I am infuriated that parents keep getting away with murder by hiding or disposing of children's bodies so that the cause of death cannot be determined, thushelping them get away with murder.

I am infuriated that there is NO law about not reporting a child's death or the fact that they are "missing". Believe me, is a parents hides the fact that a child died or is "missing" then they need to serve some time for that because it is obvious that they are covering up and destroying evidence of their crimes.

There needs to be a law, with strict penalties about not reporting when a child is dead or"missing". Children are being killed, disposed of life trash and killers are getting away with murder.

I wonder if it would be legal or reasonable to make some type of law stating that COD would be assumed to be not NATURAL if the body is hidden. That sounds like a slippery slope to me, but something has to be done to compel these people or at least those around these parents to come forward when no one has seen the family baby in a few days/weeks/months ! This is becoming all too common .
