In his office no less!!! Multiple procedures at the same time is way too risky!! If that is necessary you do it in a hospital.

Snip
Gulf Breeze plastic surgeon Ben Brown has been charged with the death of his wife, 33-year-old Hillary Brown, who died after she went into cardiac arrest while he was performing several procedures on her in his office, Restore Plastic Surgery, last November

More insanity.
According to the article you posted above:

"Brown graduated from Georgetown University’s Department of Plastic Surgery in 2015. He holds medical licenses in Florida, Washington DC, Virginia and West Virginia. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery."

'That man has to be stopped': Dr. Ben Brown patients trusted surgeon - and regretted it

"An online search of a Board of Medicine database reveals the physician has not been cited for any disciplinary actions."

I don't know whether this applies to all jurisdictions where he may have practiced, or just to the State of Florida.

[ETA: And, in case the question comes up: "There are no laws against doctors performing procedures on family members in Florida, but the American Medical Association does not recommend it." (From the same article above)]
