I think the repeated posts asking for donations are generated automatically from 🤬🤬🤬. And, I agree, if anyone ever set one up for me or my family I would shut it down. The Husband is a Stay-At-Home Dad and apparently put his career on hold for the Doctors schooling and then Practice. I read this on a comment posted on the 🤬🤬🤬. I am not sure why they are not allowing their life insurance or financial experts help them and instead relying on the Business Partner to handle it.

She did not want to see her own patients when hospitalized? Then why have admitting privileges at two hospitals? Very strange to me.

Well, that is the impression I got from this:

"HOSPITALS: DR. SIEVERS HAS PRIVILEDGES AT NCH AND NORTH COLLIER HOSPITAL BUT HAS
CHOSEN TO DEDICATE HER PRACTICE TO WELLNESS AND OFFICE CARE. HOWEVER, SHE WILL
SPEAK DIRECTLY WITH THE ER PHYSICIAN AS WELL AS FAX RECORDS OVER THAT MAY BE
PERTINENT. IN GENERAL BECAUSE SHE IS AFFILIATED WITH THESE HOSPITALS THE ER WILL CALL
HER FIRST BEFORE ADMITTING YOU TO HOSPITAL SERVICE. THE OTHER HOSPITALS DO NOT
ALWAYS CALL ME BUT OF COURSE YOU CAN ASK THEM TO CALL ME TO OBTAIN RECORDS."

I have a feeling that we won't know who is POI until arrest(s) is/are made. Then, BAM!

Just for speculating in thin air, LOL...here's my "guess"

It's related to embezzlement/fraud or something monetarily related to the business. A lot of cash transactions going through this office. Skimming/fraud/creative accounting, by one or more players in the office. Doctor was catching on, or there was the fear that she was about to.

That's it, that's my "guess." I could be way off and it is a love issue of someone, but for now, I'm going for monetary issues being the reason that she was killed.

Lee County Sheriff is not really actively looking for Tips. Last Post was 6/30 on their Webpage. And, they responded in reference to deceased person at the home. I am wondering again if someone from her office or a friend found her first.

I looked on florida department of health website and it said she is able to write scripts for narcotics

Narcotic prescriptions must be hand written on the RX pads of the MD and hand-carried into the pharmacy. No faxing, no emailing.

I agree. When I saw all of those LLCs, my mind immediately thought of creative accounting/scamming. The appearance of the 🤬🤬🤬 the next day was the icing on the cake.

I'm leaning toward love being the motive simply because if someone was skimming money from the business wouldn't they just skip town with what they had stolen instead of killing the person who was making the money and then just hang around until they were caught? Unless of course if they thought they could get away with it... hmmmm.

IMO the strangest thing, or perhaps the most telling we will see, is the silence. As they say, silence speaks volumes

Ranking 'em this way for now....

Theories of a Sad Demise

3. Disgruntled patient (my little guess)
2. Love interest
1. Financial angle (see DD #589 above)

For now, my money's on the money -- follow it.

I think they could have been set up to automatically post every day on the husband's account with a "Donate now!" call to action, but on the biz partner's page each call seems customized.

Okay thanks. Makes more sense that way.

I would like to know how tech-savvy Dr. Sievers was, if at all. By all outward appearances, it seems that Mr. Sievers was the one who "took care of business," both at the office and most likely at home as well. It's even possible Dr. Sievers didn't even know there was no life insurance. She went from being an internal medicine doctor to a more holistic approach. Some people who get into that lifestyle like to "go off the grid," and focus more on people, spirituality, healing, meditation, what-have-you.

It's interesting too that the intuitivologist (or however you spell it) is redirecting the focus back onto the business and the doctor's "style" and "what she lived for/believed." LE took some computers from the office, didn't they? I can't remember. How close were the sister and the intuitive person?

I struggle to see any long term financial benefits her business partner (s) would gain from her death, apart from maybe death insurance payouts/🤬🤬🤬. Basically their income came via referrals from TS. A patient comes to see TS and she refers the patients onto further holistic treatments/nurse care. No TS means no referrals. TS was the business. From where I am sitting the people who will gain most business-wise are those doctors taking on her patients post death, their database will expand overnight (I am not insinuating that those doctors had anything to do with her demise)

My theory is money or drugs (prescription) but personal enough that the person knew her (not just some random drug addict looking for a script).

Was her husband there daily as a true business manager?

AS per the obituary all her siblings lived out of state, not sure how close one could get with TS business partners if that is the case??

Bumping up this post from yesterday. Not only has there not been an appeal for information, we've been asked not to focus on the murder. Twice in one article.
Lenka Spiska worked side by side with Sievers for the past four years.
SheÂ’s hoping, for now, that the public will stop focusing on what happened, and focus instead on the person Sievers was.

While family, friends, and the community wait for answers about what exactly happened, Spiska hopes they change their focus to the message Sievers always preached.

That message also (very conveniently) promotes the practice and the biz partner, especially when the biz partner has positioned herself as the spokesperson of the message. Sorry, but it just seems a bit shameless.

Could this killing have been a warning of some sort for a large amount of money owed to someone? The 🤬🤬🤬 page might be a quick way to come up with enough money to make a quick payoff. I'm also curious as to why the neighbors disliked them so much?
