Ran across this and thought it was interesting. I wonder why?

There appears to be a relationship between the age of the
victim and the type of homicide weapon. Victims of firearm
murders were, on average, 6 years younger than victims of
homicides committed with knives/other sharp objects (31
versus 37 years old, respectively), and 12 years younger
than victims of homicides committed with blunt objects
(age 43).

The source was solely approached in connection to the case and as part of the investigation.

Okay. Thanks for that info! Very useful in considering theories.

You're welcome.

I'm fascinated by the timeline in any case that I follow. I think it (as well as the background of the victim and those close to her) can reveal a lot.

When establishing the timeline and searching for videos/ news (you were looking for some that came up missing), did you happen to come along a video that shows a co worker/ employee of Dr Sievers giving an interview at the office after being informed what had happened to the doctor? This was aired the next day after the murder, I believe. Could have been the second day. It was not SH (blond hair). This individual had brown hair.

Thanks!

Hmmm...another monkey wrench.

I just noticed this. New patients are directed to call a different number than existing patients, but that same number for new patients is also used for "after hours calls." I'm thinking it must have been a business cell she carried because why would you direct new patients to an answering service? That's not professional or attractive to new customers, at all.

New Patients: 239.290.7442
Existing Patients: 239.948.7291 Please listen to prompts
Fax: 239.948.0179
After Hours: 239.290.7442*
*Please note this is for urgent issues, not routine requests that can be handled during office hours.

Okay, I found the name of the co worker in connection with the video I am looking for:

J.V. moved her practice from Ohio and Dr Sievers let her see clients in her office.

J.V. can also be seen here in this video:

I am posting these links to establish all co workers from Dr Sievers, and then I am still looking for the video where J.V. is being interviewed right after hearing about Dr Sievers' murder.

No, I didn't see it. Sorry.

Here is a story of a child born a boy in the Naples area. The boy is in the process of becoming a girl. Dr Sievers is part of the story. Dr. Sievers describes her philosophy of the use of hormones in a young child.

and an article about it:

http://www.naplesnews.com/news/loca...ansgender-preteen-the-biggest-one-still-looms

From the article:

Mays does not have much contact with Dee's biological father but knows he does not approve of her decision to let Dee wear to skirts to school and go by a new name.
Dee's biological father did not want his name used in this story but said by phone from his home in Pennsylvania that he wants what is best for his child, whom he still calls Dante and refers to as his son.
"Bottom line, whatever my child wants I will support him in whatever way he wants to go," he said. "I want him to be happy in whatever it is life has to offer him I just don't want him to have to struggle to have to get there."
Dee's father said he thinks given Dee's disabilities, the transition is something that should be put off until she is of legal age. In some ways, he worries whether Mays is forcing the change on Dee .
"I know there are going to be struggles in life," her biological father continued. "But I just think the struggles don't have to come so early if they're not necessary."
Even Mays' husband, Dee's step-father, felt that way at first. These days, he's buying Dee Wonder Woman earrings and calling her by her chosen name.

The transgender issue can really drum up some heavy emotions as we all have witnessed with the Caitlyn Jenner's story so there still is I guess this kind of a possibility. But then I fall back on how many coincidences occurred i.e. home alone, alarm not going off, no camera one side of house and all leaves my head spinning :scared:

This piqued my interest too. Why remove a door? Which door was it? (I'd love to see a floor plan for the house. Does the county record the builder's name on the property records?) I personally could see taking it if an imprint of the hammer was found on it. Blood can be swabbed, pictures can be taken. Just thinking out loud.

Police have not released any information about a possible suspect in the case, but a door was removed from the upscale home as investigators scoured the residence for five days last week.

Regarding your edited addition, LE actually approached a female neighbor on July 16th, not on the 10th. The same individual was mentioned in the news as "sleeping with a gun underneath her pillow".

-Nin

I was going by this report, Nin.

http://winknews.com/2015/07/16/sher...er-fascinating-says-hes-getting-case-updates/

It was reported on the 16th, but the reporter states tha neighbors told him investigators had been there on the previous Friday asking about how one might evade the security lights to gain access to the house undetected.

SurfieTX ... I don't know if it's my iPad or the site but I'm having problems with WS right now and I've been trying to answer your question - you can see the house on this video clip - I believe it's the side door, the one that was jimmied, that they took away - someone correct me if I'm wrong please.

It was the side door to the garage. They had previously examined it and dusted for prints. I'm sure they took it in order to preserve the tool marks left when it was pried open.

Maybe WINK removed the video. I notice JV expressed regret about giving the interview in the comment section.

I think it is certainly possible.
I keep thinking that if it was someone she knew well, why jimmy the door?

To try to make it look like a burglary or someone that knew she wouldn't let them in.

This is what I keep thinking

But I will admit, if not for LE's comments, I would be leaning towards someone breaking in, not expecting anyone to be home

 • #438
If you were breaking in somewhere wouldn't you just get the heck out when you realized someone was home? Unless that person could recognize you or there was an item you wanted really really bad. Not stay around and murder someone.

I don't know how one may react.
People have been murdered during robberies before especially if someone recognized them or could could give a description.

Anyway, it doesn't matter about that because LE has said not random and has many twists and turns

It wasn't that many years ago that doctors were being murder because they preformed abortions, so it makes me wonder if some crazy person would murder a doctor that worked with transgender people. There are many people who have strong feelings against LGTGs. Just a wild thought.
