It is not fact but I thought I read on one of the threads that she returned home around 11:30... Could very well be wrong.

The reason I asked is that an earlier post indicated that investigators asked neighbors if they were home between 10 PM and 5 AM, leading neighbors to believe that was the time frame LE was looking into.

But but, how would TS have gotten into the garage with out the opener?

In my car there are buttons on the rear view mirror..the garage door is programmed into the car.. pull in driveway.. hit button on mirror and in i go. Hubby's side had his own on his mirror. My daughter's care was programmed so if she came over she could just hit the button on HER mirror and get in through the garage. You can change the codes whenever you want by doing something to the sensor thing where the light is on the garage ceiling..

They may have ALSO had one of those "portable" garage door openers.. that u can throw in your pocketbook if you are going for a walk for, example. The person who hired them gave JR that one. JMO

Speaking of Florida SUNSHINE LAW....
I don't find anything in Lee County Clerk of Court criminal court records for JR or CWW.

But it seems there should be some accessible documents in the court records if this MSM article is accurate:

Rodgers did not have permission to travel out of the state, but court records show he was in a Lee County Walmart on Six Mile Cypress Parkway the day before Sievers was killed. The documents don't say how authorities knew he had been in the store.

Here is the link to search court records for Criminal & Traffic Case Records in Lee County:

ETA: Mods please fix 2nd link. TIA.

Indianwin, what do you think the hold up is in making the additional arrest(s)?

Making sure all ducks are in a row--I have dealt a long time with people like JR and they are pretty easy to put pressure on--once you do,they cave fairly easily.--JMO----understand LE is not in a hurry---everything must be done correctly for the courts and any suspects are being watched

From Frannie: They were not on vacation, didn't they go to attend a funeral?

Didn't realize that they went to funeral. I know that many men would not want their wife to return home alone.. that is all I am saying. Each relationship is different. Whether on Vaca or going to a family members funeral ..often hubby does ot want wife to go home alone...at least in my experience. IMO
Agreed.... Its not like he was having a blast on vaca and had to stay...he was in CT for a funeral....no reason for ur wife to go home alone late at night.

Well then 11:30 could be the time she returned home... I doubt she would get in any later?

The court records referred to is most likely the arrest warrant which would not be in the county clerk records. In some cases media obtains copies and eventually the text can be found online.

I understand what people are saying about a woman traveling alone, and late at night, but I have long traveled by myself, arriving in the wee hours, even in foreign countries, and I have also returned early by myself from a family trip for work. (Not even a funeral.) TS seems like a really modern, capable woman that doesn't adhere to outdated male/female roles or need to feel protected by her husband. I don't think she would have considered getting home from the airport at 11:30 a dangerous situation at all. Maybe that was emasculating to MS.

ETA:Oh, but I DO bet it was MS's idea that he stay back in Conn for bit longer with the girls so that he could have a perfect alibi. I think he saw an opportunity (probably a fairly unique opportunity) where the doctor would be alone in the house and her death could be dismissed as break in gone wrong, as opposed to a planned murder. (And it almost sorta might have worked, as even a lot of people here on WS were thinking it was a break in gone bad.)

I wouldn't think it would be much later as her routine was to be up at 5 AM.

Maybe they are referring to MISSOURI court records.. that is where he went to court the other day. He had a lawyer in Missouri for the violation of probation.. a hearing and then will be extradited to Florida.

I am also a strong capable woman ..but hubby would prefer..insist and be very hard headed about me traveling home alone. If my brothers were not there at the airport ..it would not happen..hubby would be there. as I said before ..Each relationship is different

Right....even 11:30 is late. .. I would think she would have to get herself situated for returning back to work after being off. I guess MS didn't have enough responsibility in the office that he had to rush back for.

He will be extradited to Florida AFTER serving his 4-10 month federal sentence according to reports

In my Florida county, criminal complaints and arrest warrants show up on court case records generally within 24 hours. Although JR and CWW were arrested in MO (taken into custody in MO, cooperating with FL), the FL murder charges are FL cases and should be in Lee County, FL court records.
I realize JR is additionally arrested in MO for the VOP.

A longtime friend of the husband of a slain Bonita Springs doctor, and a 25-year-old on parole for gun violations, were arrested in Missouri for the murder of Dr. Teresa Sievers in her home nearly two months ago.
Both men are charged with second-degree murder.
