Is it just me, or does he look smug? How can these guys be so arrogant?

Practice. He's not a first timer. Great line about the calendar!

emiusacska.... right, thanks. I couldn't think of the name of the OTHER airport (we flew out of there in June). We usually use RSW but tried out Allegient so Punta Gorda it was.

Traveling for a funeral is unexpected time-wise. Most likely, the Siever family flew out of RSW plus it's closer, more convenient. LE has all details of their travel arrival & returns, phone calls, texts, email, you-name-it. Hoping for this to wrap up soon but LE will take the time needed while POI are being watched closely.

Agreed.... Its not like he was having a blast on vaca and had to stay...he was in CT for a funeral....no reason for ur wife to go home alone late at night.

I also find it curious that the person who died was related to Dr. Teresa. If anyone would stayed behind I would think she would have hadmore reason to stay and not anyone else.

One fact keeps me wondering how many more people will eventually be arrested. From the beginning, Scott has said that this is a very complicated case, one of the most complicated he has investigated.

So far, there are two arrests. So far, we can say that CWW and JR will be charged with 2nd Degree Murder (or higher) upon arraignment in FL. That's not complicated at all, giving CWW's relationship with MS.

So, what's complicated? Is it a motive? Is it the number of people involved? Is it the amount of evidence accumulated? Was it the amount of effort it took to tie CWW and JR to the crime?

I personally believe it is one or more, or all of the above possibilities. I'm not ready to connect anyone not already accused to anyone else. It's driving me crazy.

WW is a convicted drug dealer, and I'm assuming had a drug addiction. Was being around a RX pad a temptation for him? Could he have been selling drugs on the side? And got caught with hands in the cookie jar?

He could have been doing a lot of things with full access to the practice's computer files. Healthcare fraud is rampant and Florida is one of the state's with more than their share. Open up a scam, go full on with for however long you can, pay a fine (or not) & go open up another scam a few miles a way. The gov't only captures a small percentage of that money back. A few private companies may do better.

I think they met in early 2003 - she lived in St Petersburg, FL; he lived in nearby Gulfport, FL.

He could be one of those guys that saw a pretty, intelligent woman who wanted to be married and whose clock was ticking and who could support him in a lifestyle he could become accustomed to . . .

I don't understand why she was killed, though.

If her hubby was in on any scheme, she did not appear to show that she thinks he was. She ledt him to take care of their children. That implies that she has no issue with him.

Perhaps she was killed for mutiple insurance policies that there may have been on her. Otherwise, her death makes no sense as she was pulling in the income on multiple fronts of endeavors.

She may have wondered about some goings-on related to her files/accounts, but I doubt she ever thought that translated into him harming anyone. She may have had no idea of the criminal side of CWW.Otherwise, why would she expose all of her clients info to a professional criminal? I doubt she had a clue about CWW' s life of crime.

MS and CWW were both working for TS. My guess is that other employees would be a rich source of information for LE. Files that appear altered in some way and things in them that didn't add up, knowing "glances" if an office romance was occurring, workplace tension, things people working there might have observed about MS, his relationship to TS and to other members of her team. I have felt from the first day that this was a murder for hire and MS was the "boss". Over her lifetime, TS would earn considerably more than an insurance policy would pay, imo. My guess is that some smart accountant looked at the accts payable vs the accounts receivable and saw something "off". CWW might be good with a computer but he isnt a CPA. There had to be something in this for CWW.. IF TS was on to him I am sure she shared that with MS..after all, he was the billing/office manager. How would murdering TS benefit CWW? How would it benefit MS? Insurance proceeds pale in comparison to what she would earn in a lifetime. It would make more sense to me if CWW killed MS! MS had to be in on this, imo. There is no other explanation. His JOB was to manage the office.. he would be the first person to notice a discrepancy in the books, for example. So, there had to be a collaborative diversion of funds effort between MS and CWW otherwise MS would be blowing the whistle himself and HE would be the victim, not his wife! Who benefits? MS is free to run his own "business" and to pursue any scheme, financial or romantic, he chooses. CWW had a job for life and money from any side endeavors he has cooked up with drug distribution or other nefarious avenues. MS FINALLY gets to be IN CHARGE, unencumbered by his powerful wife. The practice appears to be surviving. IMO, MS felt he was under the thumb of TS at home and at work..he was always in her shadow and weak men feel castrated and frustrated and he lashed out. Add to that the ability to make money "on his own" with the help of CWW and not just be paid a salary by his wife and the seeds of murder for hire are sown. Throw in a possible chicky poo on the side too.. Quite simply, TS was in the way no matter where you look. JMO Ego, jealousy, money, power, freedom, drugs, sex. The themes of great novels or pulp fiction...and all the stuff of human nature. MOO I also want to add that I continue to feel another family member may be involved..JMO

I was looking in MISSOURI records NOT Florida..
My understanding is that he was on federal probation, meaning he was convicted in federal court. Federal court documents will not show up in state or county court records.
Also I'm pretty sure that nothing about this case will show up in the Lee County court records until he has made his first appearance in front of a Lee County judge.
I don't post often, but hope this explains why nothing is showing up on him.

Why do you think both JR and CWW were at the scene/ in the house? I am thinking that JR went there alone. My guess is CWW was tucked in bed with his wife in Missouri. JMO

He may very well have been back in Missouri. I'm just guessing at this point! I have too many unanswered questions.

We really don't know what was going on behind closed doors in their marriage. Maybe there were problems that were unknown to anyone else, including family.

BBM

I wonder what that comment was about?
spoke the truth about what?

Just a thought.. but you know how people come out of the woodwork after someone is murdered and say "Mary said if I am ever found dead, go to the police because my husband Mike did it". Perhaps, that remark was made to AL? JMO

The problem is that MS is the office manager. By extension, CCW may have provided access to all of that information AND the personal financial information of the family. imho

Of course, MS knew CWW had access to all that info and all the patients info and he knew CWW was a career criminal. That is why I cannot fathom a scenario where MS is not involved. No IT or healthcare company would have ever hired him if they did a full background check. But MS did.

I am almost positive the S family flew out and back to RSW. Not difficult at all to get a short notice flight during this low season time of the year from RSW to TWEED New Haven and back.

There is only one standard schedule flight with US AIRWAYS EXPRESS Dr S could have taken from CT via PHL/CLT to Fl, that would take her home by 10:30pm on that Sunday night, June 28th:

http://www.flightstats.com/go/FlightStatus/flightStatusByAirport.do

TWEED New Haven airport is only 11.5 miles from Ansonit CT, where she and her family stayed with AL:

http://www.closestairportto.com/city/united-states/ansonia_ct/

TWEED New Haven only operates one airline, US AIRWAYS express:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tweed_New_Haven_Airport

From the airport to Jarvis it will take about 25 minutes (including traffic lights) during the night , straight via I75 or Corkscrew/ I75. We are looking at a distance of app. 17-19 miles, depending on how you go.

So yes, Dr S would be home by 10:30 exactly.

I think they were running drugs outside of the business but needed a legitimate business to deposit the money through. Money laundering.

She figured it out and was going to expose it cause she wanted it gone.

Yes, another reason for him to keep the practice going...but not sure that she knew about it.

Another random thought... posting a picture on Facebook could have been the signal that Job was complete. Ugh!!

Speaking of Florida SUNSHINE LAW....
I don't find anything in Lee County Clerk of Court criminal court records for JR or CWW.

But it seems there should be some accessible documents in the court records if this MSM article is accurate:
http://www.news-press.com/story/new...s-jimmy-rodgers-curtis-wayne-wright/71303046/
Rodgers did not have permission to travel out of the state, but court records show he was in a Lee County Walmart on Six Mile Cypress Parkway the day before Sievers was killed. The documents don't say how authorities knew he had been in the store.

Here is the link to search court records for Criminal & Traffic Case Records in Lee County:
http://www.leeclerk.org/index.asp?Type=B_BASIC&SEC={2DC47108-6A4A-4E3F-A743-B4163DEACD54}

ETA: Mods please fix 2nd link. TIA.

Because they are in custody in Missouri.

So it's not into Bradley in Hartford (airport)?

From my memory of living in CT, Ansonia & Hartford aren't very far apart.....maybe like a 45 minute drive & not a lot of traffic that time of night.

If you've arranged your spouse's murder, it wouldn't be too hard to use a "school's out, let the kids play with their cousins" or "I've always wanted to take them here or there but I know you have to be back at work Monday" excuse.

I still feel that ms is not involved (IMO) I'm sure he's in shock, and laying low as
the LE figure out a motive. WW did not want to go back to prison, and was going to be exposed. I hope I don't have to eat my hat.
I find myself subscribing to this theory more and more, it seems like they wanted it to look random and they failed....
Something in the back of my mind feels like a dear friend and colleague of TS is also somehow implicated...JMO
