I like to reiterate that Jimmy Rodgers was already surrounded by LE planning the arrest, before the girlfriend started to talk, marker 2:07:

Per request, here is that photo of JR.

FWIW - The picture of JR with the arrow pointing to his crotch was originally posted on someone else's FB on May 29, 2015.

One of the on-air reporters mentioned it in a clip at the time of one of the arrests on Thursday so there is no link or verifiable but it was said/reported
LvsAMystry.... Thanks, thought I may have heard that but wasn't sure. Not stated by LE. Most likely the reporter said "according to sources", MSM's famous last words so to speak.

Wonder if LE tapped the gf, or did she realize LE was onto JR before contacting LE?

:stop:

You guys know the other Dr. Is "Off Limits". No more discussion about him or his staff.

Thank you.

LAST WARNING

I'm issuing TO's now.

I have mods working their behinds off around the clock on just this one thread. I'm reviewing the thread now and the # of posts being removed is not acceptable. Ignoring or questioning mod admonitions will not be tolerated. We're here to help but I draw the line when members refuse to abide by mod warnings, in turn creating a ridiculous amount of unnecessary work. I can resolve that problem real quick by issuing TOs.

You guys have been told numerous times to leave Dr. Wilson out of this discussion.

Anyway, if you plan on being able to post here, then carry on respectful of mod admonitions.

Why at the house?

From the beginning, there was talk that it wouldn't be a hit-man because a hit-man would just shoot the victim and leave. "Shoot and leave" didn't make sense to me, because if it was a hit, they wouldn't want it to look like one, so it would at least need to look like a robbery, or in this case, a possible robbery gone bad, or a random lunatic.

However, if it was a hit, why wouldn't they do it somewhere else and make it look like a purse-snatching gone bad, for example? Seems like that could be staged a lot easier and would leave much less forensic evidence. If they knew her movements, they could have waited for her in any parking lot with a ski mask, grabbed her purse, and shot her whether or not she struggled.

Just odd to me that they potentially spent hours at the house, and took the chance of being seen by neighbors, etc. Which makes me wonder if there was something in the house they wanted.

The "something in the house they wanted" was her dead. JR went there with murder on his mind..imo. The motive is anybody's guess. JMO

IIRC she knew LE was onto JR--he confessed to her a couple of days before he was arrested, and the report said, as he was being arrested or right before he was she co-operated with LE

I know there isn't much to go on, but does anyone know what kind of car that is that WW is driving? It looks nice anyway. Just wonder what a felon with no job can afford to spend on a car.

Illegal activities pay well until you go behind the wall

I agree!
He could have attacked her on the way home from the airport,

And I still say there was something they wanted from that house!

IF they wanted something from the house and MS was in on this then MS would have given it to CWW.. The robbery part was staged..JMO

what don't we know???
TOD(perhaps heard between 4:30am and 5:30am)
COD(Perhaps hammer)
Motive money, financial gain, to stay out of prison, silence a truth teller?
Perps JRR and CWW and ???
How they committed the crime? Specifics .. did they drive to Fl? When did they go back to MO? Were both in the home? When were plans formulated?

Any Ideas?

AL said that Teresa spoke the truth, at the time I think she had a suspect in mind BUT IMO it wasn't who she thought (at least these last 2 arrests). And I say that because she wouldn't have hugged WW at the funeral if she suspected him AND because she seemed very fond of MS even after that interview she gave. I'm guessing these are not the people she had in mind when she made that statement. Also, are we certain she was murdered in the kitchen or are some of us just assuming that? I need my memory refreshed please.

Best friend or not. You will not know how to deactivate my alarm system without me telling you. So either they got lucky on multiple factors. Or hubby is involved.

I agree, however we have been told that CWW has work experience in home security. That may have provided him with adequate knowledge to disable or trick the system.

I believe they wanted TS dead. I just don't understand why they chose such a risky location, unless they were also after something else. If there was a reason (other than lack of creativity by the conspirators) for being at the house, I'm trying to imagine what that might be.

I bet Twinbro had Spyware on every computer or phone that mark and T.s had.

But how would he benefit from her death. Don't tell me he did it with the hopes of working for another doctor. And where would the money come from to pay the hitman?

I think Twinbro is just the middle man who wouldn't really benefit from her death unless he was paid by someone else. Jmo

Except if they didn't want MS to know about it--& if that's the case, WW & JR picked the only night MS wouldn't be around.

It is amazing to me that Dr. Teresa was so worried about-- that her husband called a Dr. friend to go check on her less than 30 minutes of not being at the office for her first patient.

Doesn't that seem a bit quick to you all?

Interesting. When MS started "Universal Communications Unlimited LLC" in 2000 http://www.missouricorps.com/corp/473945.html , he used an address (650 South Old Hwy 151 Fenton, MO) that is also listed as a former address for CWW at the time of the business registration in 2000
http://www.familytreenow.com/records/people/wright/wayne/_dmpvyx0ijz3u2vxkys6hw (scroll down).

This business is listed as active, with the address of TS home and practice on the April 2015 annual report filing http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/Co...5e-9587-4923-a7e4-1ba8d3b03dcc&formatType=PDF

The original address in Fenton, Missouri is a condo, where likely MS and CWW were roommates http://www.trulia.com/homes/Missouri/Fenton/sold/1000330304-650-S-Old-Highway-141-H-Fenton-MO-63026

So the business is still active in 2015 and MS is the listed registered agent. Who owns this business? Were MS and CWW partners?

Her office staff called MS first and alerted him that she had not shown up---so the office staff was the ones that were "quick" and yes I agree it was quick

Maybe she didn't have the alarm set but the perps got in via having a spare garage door opener ...WW has been around the house frequently enough to have possibly been offered one or maybe he "lifted" one?

(This concept of WW having a garage door opener to gain entry was originally posted by another poster & I think it has merit but I can not take credit for it).
