If that turns out to be the case, these creeps got very lucky
One less thing to worry about
unbelievable

Yep and the turning away of the camera if that's indeed what happened wasn't even necessary

I stumbled upon another 🤬🤬🤬 account to help with burial fees- loosely related to WW - and I got goosebumps. I won't name the person that died, but it sent shivers up my spine as to whether there are additional 🤬🤬🤬 accounts for people he knew.
Perhaps it means nothing.

"It was not intentionally disarmed" - -

Perhaps simply a terribly tragic coincidental malfunction of the alarm system.

I would love to know if they had similar malfunctions since the system went in or if this was an isolated incident

I've considered that, but if that were the case:

1. Wouldn't she sever ties with him immediately (fire him, cut off his computer access)?

2. Wouldn't she tell MS? And if she did, wouldn't MS have alerted LE to a disgruntled employee right away?

3. Wouldn't someone else in the office have known? With TS focused on treating patients, it seems likely that someone else would have been more likely to discover illegal practices.

Regarding your point #2, maybe she did. Maybe MS is the one who pointed LE towards Missouri in the 1st two weeks of the investigation.

I still believe MS played a role, but I can imagine a set of circumstances where he was blindsided.

Even if the dogs weren't home they still could have found dog hair on the jumpsuit or something and needed to test their dna.
Yes! Dog hair from her dogs on a jumpsuit in Missouri would be damning wouldn't it?

"I cannot tell you with certainty that when all of the facts about this case are out everyone will understand why it took 8 weeks and I think they'll go one step further and say 'wow'," Sheriff Scott said."

Maybe to average person who is not a WSer like us (and we eat up every little detail that has become public so far!) it would be a wow moment to hear it was planned by MS. So I am not getting off that train, yet.

To me MS getting arrested would NOT be a WOW! That's what everyone expects!

I agree, some have speculated the the alarm was off all week for the dog sitter. But personally I would feel the need to have it armed if I was out of town and opt for giving the dog sitter their own separate code and teaching them how to arm and disarm the system. Is it possible the system went down before the vacation and MS made a comment such as "We'll send some to get it fixed when we get back to FL?" Try to figure how it would be of help to the prosecutor.

Maybe it wasnt working on purpose.. and the "cover" was CWW will come to fix it while we are away..or fix it while we are away jmo? I also want to know WHAT IS THE PURPOSE BEHIND GETTING SALIVA SAMPLES OF THE DOGS? Do they suspect drugging of the dogs? Why not get blood samples of the dogs? Saliva proves what? Doggie DNA? Thanks for any insight. JMO

I'd probably wait an hour or two with my husband... Being a doctor I'd lean towards perhaps she was with a patient that had a crisis of some sort. With cell phones and apps today perhaps he pinged her phone and knew the phone was at home, so he assumed she was as well?

Then why didn't he call her office? If my spouse isn't answering the home phone, or not answering the cellphone, I'd call the office and give em hell..

If my husband simply wasn't answering his phone, I'd wait hours before worrying or doing anything - I'd assume he was sleeping, or out in the yard, or had gone out and left his phone at home. But if he hadn't shown up at work and couldn't be reached, I'd start worrying pretty much immediately.

The key is that TS was supposed to be somewhere at a specific time. Office staff worried because she was so reliable. If she had had to deal with an emergency, she would have let them know.

If it is MS, I think there has to be an additional suspect or very unusual circumstances to make it a Wow! Not just an affair or needing insurance money.

I wouldn't go to MY best friend either. But if I had a BF who had been involved in shady stuff, I'd be more likely to go to him than a stranger. I've seen too many true crime shows where people hiring a hit man end up hiring an undercover cop.

The only way three pppl can keep a secret is if 2 of them are dead!

They were probably prepared to disarm the alarm anyway. Perhaps that is why the camera/or sensor light was turned. The perp didn't know the system was not on.
IMO that tells me that the suspects were in the house before TS went to bed as she most likely would have activated the alarm upon retiring for the night. Not sure though just a thought.

My thought has always been the office called him when they couldn't reach her.
I have always thought he was unaware that she didn't show up until he received a call from an employee

Thank you for this information, but now I am truly stumped!

This is crazy, the Alarm needed to be off for JR and/or WW to access home, now we find out it was indeed off, but not by the the perpetrators. HOW DID THEY KNOW IT WAS OFF? They wouldn't have made the trip down, and just hope by mere chance that the alarm would be unintentionally turned off.

alarm company should be able to tell them when it was disarmed and if it was re armed. I expect that is how the family knows

I guess they didn't know it was off?? Its hard to believe, isn't it?
They chose that night and that night the alarm was not on????
Maybe they were prepared to disarm it in some way

Or accidentally left unarmed by dog carer?

So after 30 to 40 plus years of knowing each other, the recently married CWW wanted MS all to himself? I thought about a possessive idolistic relationship due to the looks also, but I think it would have reared its head long before this

Not saying I think this.....just offering alternative solutions since we don't know the whys. And yes, people snap after 30 years. Happens all the time.

They didn't know is my guess. I believe they had the "know how" to disarm it and were prepared to do so.
