My FL County Clerk's office does NOT file wills. Wills are NOT to be recorded for public record. There's multiple reasons for that which aren't too hard to figure out.

In my County, you can draw up a will but it is advised that you keep it with your attorney or in a safety deposit box. Your County may vary.

However---and I can't help but to go back to the Death Certificate that someone here said was filed AND THEN **modified** which is highly unusual. Could it be that it was modified because the cause of death had been further investigated & then changed, hence the reason for a modification to the death certificate? Um, yes.

So maybe our Dr was killed by suffocation, poisoning, a gunshot or strangulation? And then later there was the hammer bludgeoning? But why???

Also, was MS's LPN licensure still current & active in FL? Odd that he would wear scrubs to an office situation where virtually no procedures were done. Maybe it made him feel like a surgeon? LPN's working from home or being an Office Manager really don't need to wear scrubs. Yes, I know they're comfortable but really? Really, MS?

Why the hammer bludgeoning? One explanation could be that if she was strangled for example, you may see finger-marks. So you go ahead and remove them by...

Or, the victim was being attacked in a certain way and survives the attack after which someone took a hammer and...

LE sure isn't doing anything to make it appear that MS is not involved or not a suspect. They can't make it much clearer at this point, without an actual arrest. Jmo

I think a number of us are, and I imagine LE is as well. I hope and pray that the children, innocent little victims in the midst of this horror, remain safe and will be given the love and support to help them in the years to come.

The electronic footprint--- toll booths/ Walmart cameras/cell phones etc, might suggest that murder was not originally the goal....with his tech expertise CWW would have to think of such things. Or have drugs dulled his intellect?

Didn't CWW claim to have fibromyalgia? Perhaps he was in a fibro fog [for real]. Well, it could possibly play a part in his defense.

Desperate people take desperate measures. I think this was all fun and games to CWW and JR. Do the dirty deed. Get big bucks. If MS is involved, he underestimated the love and devotion the patients held for Dr. Sievers. The plan backfired big time.

The million dollar fund was set up initially and immediately. I love and adore a lot of folks; however, there is no one on this planet that I would establish such an extraordinary donation account for. To me, those donation sites are for people with children who have cancer, leukemia and so forth...real, true needs.

Grace also interviewed Sarah Hanneken, one of Wright’s neighbors in Hillsboro, Missouri, who said his trailer was raided by a SWAT team on July 12. Hanneken said about six or seven paper bags and a laptop were removed from the home.

That was the original source name, then it was changed to MS and eventually to the current status. Also note that it states the account was opened on the same day Dr. Sievers was found murdered.

It's so weird to hear the sheriff publicly say that MS is in the envelope of suspicion. It seems like in this many weeks, he'd have enough to clear the guy. For some reason, I would think that the sheriff either be mum about MS or would arrest him. MS must be shaking in his boots.

Somehow my quote from yesterday got twisted when it was requoted. I said he was wearing a green SCRUB top. He certainly can take vital signs and treat as he is an LPN .. and his license in Florida is active.
