Nin- in the recent link of MS (in scrubs, not in scrubs hanging garbage out of his window) he appears to be driving a white Mercedes (w/hood ornament).

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That is Dr Siever's car. I thought someone mentioned a silver Mercedes?

While talking about it. I noticed the right headlight glass looks fairly new. The other one has that yellowish tint, which can develop with time, especially down here in Florida. That would have been the side facing the side-door of Dr S's garage. Wondering if some event inside the garage led to the broken headlight.

Not really important, just observations.

NIN I think Mark was seen at JR's that time he went to Missouri maybe for CWW's wedding.

Okay, that would make more sense then. Thank you!

How about a 5 MIO $ Life Insurance Policy?-Nin

Agreeing that would or could be a reason, but I'd like to know -

Is this ^ life ins policy theoretical, or does MSM source refer to this $5 mil policy as existing in IRW? link? tia

I replied to a post asking for a possible motive. A 5MIO$ life insurance policy made out to 1 sole beneficiary could be a motive.

I did this in a previous post, but I'm happy to do it again:

I have tried to think of scenarios that do not involve MS. That brings me to the problem of what could possibly compel CWW to murder his best friend's wife.

- Did MS and CWW have a major falling out that we haven't heard about? If so, why would he take out his anger on TS? And why did CWW attend the funeral?

- Did CWW secretly resent MS and just really want to hurt him so bad that he paid JR to help him do that? I do not believe that CWW and JR acted alone (we all expect more arrest/s).

- Did CWW think MS would be better off without TS and do it out of loyalty without MS knowing? Just doesn't seem likely, and again, I don't believe they acted alone.

- Did someone (perhaps from the office) conspire with CWW? Why would someone who wanted TS killed go to her husband's best friend to do the job? How does a person even start that conversation? Why would CWW be willing to betray his supposed best friend and his wife? Why would CWW trust an acquaintance from an office where he worked occasionally not to rat him out?

- Is this all part of a larger, more complex web of drug trafficking, and was CWW afraid TS would expose him? Then why wouldn't he also worry that MS would expose him? MS and TS had been away together, so CWW would not know what TS might have told MS about any recent discoveries she had made. Also, the murder is more likely to expose any and all illegal dealings associated with the business, not hide it.

- Is someone trying to set up MS to make it look like he is involved? Why would CWW go along with the plan?

When I first heard that CWW had worked at the office, I tried to let go of the MS connection. But I can't come up with any reasonable explanation (in my mind) that excludes him. I'm interested to hear others' thoughts. IMO JMO

CWW could have participated in the planning and execution of MS wife, if he had a gripe against his buddy MS, just like Chase M. is accused of executing Summer McStay now when his co-worker-boss was Joe McStay.
So doesn't meet the smell test of likely:
-
Did MS and CWW have a major falling out that we haven't heard about? If so, why would he take out his anger on TS? And why did CWW attend the funeral?

For those that are so convinced that MS conspired to have his wife murdered, please list your reasons pointing you in that direction and I will gladly go through that list one by one to show various other scenarios/possibilities.

Thanks for the reply. But that's not really what I was looking for. All of this is going with the assumption that MS was involved and trying to exclude him. I am looking for evidence that points towards MS being involved. In other words, what makes you want to include him? There has to be reasons to include him in a scenario before we can try to exclude him.. Right?

There are a lot of reasons I think MS is involved which I have stated throughout these threads, but the main reason is because the Sheriff has not said he is NOT involved. After 60 some odd days I'm sure the sheriff has a clue as to POI's. Remember,LE knows way, way, way more than we do.--JMO

I'd like to share my thoughts/opinions regarding the Missouri neighbor, who reported spotting MS at JR's trailer, and I invite others to do the same. I'm really interested in hearing anyone's thoughts, which will undoubtedly vary. Eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable, and the exact setting, time, and all circumstances of the eyewitness account should be examined thoroughly.

The only information given is that a neighbor reported spotting MS at JR's trailer, which report was confirmed by the Sheriff, who did not confirm the veracity of the statement. Moreover, the word "spotted" implies some distance between the witness and the person who was allegedly "spotted", as well as a sighting that was very brief.

Strictly relying upon what has been published about the fact that the neighbor reported seeing MS at JR's trailer, I do not put any weight on this witness' sighting at all. More information is needed, and certainly I have questions, the answers to which are unknown by the public at this time. For example,
- From what distance did the neighbor allegedly "spot" MS at JR's trailer?
- What time of day?
- What were the weather conditions, visibility factors, etc.?
- How long did the alleged sighting last?
- Was the neighbor and/or MS in a moving vehicle during the time of the alleged sighting?
- Was anything obstructing the neighbor's line of vision?
- Does the neighbor have vision problems? Is she/he prescribed vision aids? If so, was she/he wearing them at the time?
- Very importantly, did she personally know MS in order to recognize him? If so, how well? On how many occasions had he/she seen him prior to the alleged sighting? Had they every spoken to one another, socialized, etc.?
- Was the neighbor also on the property at the time of the alleged sighting?
- Did the neighbor interact with MS at the time of the alleged sighting?
- Does the neighbor know CWW? If so, how? How well? Had she ever seen CWW? How recently?
- If the neighbor did not know MS prior to the alleged sighting, did someone tell her the person allegedly "spotted" was MS? If so, who?
- Is it possible that the man the neighbor allegedly saw was in fact CWW or someone else who also looked very much like MS?
- Did the neighbor also "spot" CWW there at the same time as MS?
- When did the neighbor first realize that she/he had "spotted" MS at JR's trailer? At the time of the alleged sighting? After? How long after? Before the arrest(s)? After the arrests?
- When the neighbor realized that it was MS he/she allegedly "spotted" at JR's trailer, what triggered the realization/recognition? Personal knowledge of MS, coupled with instant recognition? Or did the recognition/realization occur at a time after the alleged sighting, and if so, what triggered the recognition/realization? A photo in the news (such as t.v. or publication)? Or maybe in a photographic lineup provided by law enforcement?
- Any bias or self-serving interests?

Wow, you really sound like a defense attorney! I haven't read past your post here but just would like to add in case it hasn't already been mentioned, that the neighbor allegedly also saw a car with Florida license plates at the time he saw the person who was identified as MS. Quite possibly, the link to that has already been posted.

Could JR be CWW's son?

No, according to MSM, JR's father is deceased:

http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/...cle_b8672306-02b3-5b61-ade6-0f788059f929.html
Rodgers’ only Missouri felony charge was filed in 2007 when, at age 17, he was accused of resisting arrest by fleeing in Monroe County, Mo. He was sentenced to five years of probation. His attorney at the time said that Rodgers was in a “hot rod” and didn’t immediately pull over for police.
That state felony conviction was the basis of a federal charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon that was filed in 2009. Officials said he was caught with 43 rifles, pistols and shotguns that belonged to his deceased father.

Actually, you asked for reasons not evidence. I don't think anyone here has "evidence" either way, we just have reasons for our personal opinions

Well, what we do have now...is some connectivity.

You could be right, of course. But I'm not sure that what LE does or doesn't say necessarily points toward the involvement of MS. If there is something really big behind the murder, that involves a lot of people (drug running, fraud, scam, or?), LE may not be sure yet that MS isn't involved. OR they may know he isn't, but it's best not to say that for the sake of the investigation and for his protection. MS may be willing to endure suspicion in order to make sure everyone involved is arrested. This isn't necessarily my opinion, but it's just an alternate way of viewing LE's silence about MS.

okay so lets say MS is innocent and cooperating with LE and even told them some evidence that helped them catch the culprits. so NOW that they are safely behind bars what would prevent Sheriff Scott from thanking the victims husband for his great contribution? or even saying that he is cooperative or even say he is not a POI? Sheriff Scott is not even throwing MS a bone at this point. in fact he is staying far far away from even the subject of MS

Has Sheriff Scott eliminated anyone as a suspect? Business associates, neighbors, sister, sister-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, mother, mother-in-law, chef, nanny, fitness instructor, friend x, friend y, friend z, etc, etc, etc.

Has Scott publicly thanked any of these people for helping to catch the criminals?

I guess I just assume that amongst someone's reasons for accusing a man of conspiring to murder his wife, there would be some evidence...

None of us have evidence.. all we have is information gleaned from MSM, web sleuthing etc. jmo

Does anyone recall offhand what the time limit is for the preliminary in the state of Florida?
That's when we'll get to know many of the answers to our questions...otoh .. this is Florida with sunshine laws.

I am an unverified person who has interacted with TS and MS on enough occasions that I have formed a very strong opinion about MS. This opinion was formed years before the murder. MS talked about money ALOT. MS talked about TS and her accomplishments ALOT. MS professed love and adoration for TS ALOT. All of these things made interaction uncomfortable and made me VERY suspicious of MS motives for marrying TS. It seemed to me that MS was using his marriage to TS for status, for money, and to allow him a way of life where he did not have to work. TS LOVED practicing medicine. It is my opinion that TS gave MS control of the household and professional business so that she could focus on the medicine and help as many people as possible. TS was not the one interested in money or status. TS was interested in medicine and charitable healthcare. At the very least MS introduced into the world of his loving family a depraved killer. At the most, MS was involved. I tend to believe - based on the negative personal opinion I formed prior to the murder based on real interaction - and based on the uncanny amount of coincidences that seem to have taken place, that MS was involved. I thought this before CWW and since CWW there is no turning back from this opinion. I think MS is savvy though and I will be surprised if anything more than circumstantial evidence implicates him.

Sometimes neighbours just want to get involved, and assist LE but may not really have any useful information. Look how many posts there were on the "shrill" which turned out to not be relevant at all (probably just one of the many seabirds in Florida that make shrill sounds).

My feeling is, that if MS was seen at JR's trailer, then he would have been with CCW, as that was the link between the two. I could be wrong, but I don't think he would go to JR's by himself.
IMO if MS went to MO to attend his friends wedding (or for any other reason) why would he drive as opposed to fly? The distance is just too great. So if the neighbor saw a car with FL plates I would really be curious as to why he drove (if that really was him spotted at JR's place)--which I sorta doubt
