Yes it is interesting because it doesn't fit with what the unverified posters that come on here to bash MS, have to say. If he was so enamoured with money and the luxurious lifestyle... Why did TS have the Benzo and MS that van?

Better to have half a loaf than no bread at all. JMO He got to drive it sometime.. it was parked in his garage.. and he is driving it now, isnt he? Also, she preferred the Benz, maybe. Hey it is the golden rule.. he who has the gold gets to make the rules. JMO

That is very interesting. TS advocated testosterone treatment for some situations and that made me wonder if MS was doing it.

Very possible. If he had a low T count(as many men that age do) and his wife obviously sees the benefit testosterone therapy. Does anyone know if physicians are able to prescribe drugs to family members in FL?.... But what does it have to do with the case?

I did not know she was thanked by law enforcement, but I believe it was acknowledged when directly questioned to LE by Nancy .

Link on* thanks * as I do not recall that?

actually the way Nancy talks over everyone her transcript reads confusing as to whether the sheriff confirmed lol

Well, maybe thanks was wrong word to use, I know Dutulum acknowledged thanks her, but you're correct the Sheriff didn't he just acknowledged it as being the case. Still he essentially acknowledged it, whereas when asked if MS was assisting with the investigation he only said "no comment"

  • #204
Agreed more to come, I just meant if he'd assisted I think there'd have been acknowledgement by the Sheriff when asked if he was cooperating rather than "no comment."

It's possible that if this is way bigger and more dangerous than anyone realizes and MS is cooperating, LE might not acknowledge that publicly in order to protect him. I've never believed that one can read guilt or innocence into what LE does or says. JMO

I'm pretty sure they drove, for a number of reasons.
- JR wouldn't need to take 3 days off work if they flew there
- there would be a record of the airline ticket, which would work against them
- if they rented a car, there would also be a record, which would work against them
- if no car, not likely to take a cab to and from a murder scene
- LE removed bloody clothes and a cooler - not likely to take that on a plane

Just wanted to clarify something so there's no confusion. When I was answering the post from DebbieGarcia36 about "driving vs flying", I was talking about the time in May when possibly MS went to Missouri, not about JR and CWW coming to Florida ... Here is a copy/paste of my post. I think JR and CWW drove to FL the weekend of the murder, in one of their own vehicles.

My response to her:

He could have flown in and rented a car ... I've seen rental cars with Florida plates even though the car is not being rented in Florida (I have no idea why that is, unless it's cheaper to keep it licensed in FL). Or he could have driven 16 hours to get there. It's another mystery!

It may or may not; it is controversial. There are studies that suggest it promotes social dominance, which IMO, could push someone to violence. I almost hate to put it out there, because then we'll start hearing about the "T-defense".

Good morning! All caught up and some thoughts your posts have inspired.

This is a very complex case. LE obviously feels, as well as the judge who signed the arrest warrants, that there is probable cause to arrest CWW and JR. This makes anyone else involved sweat bullets about the other shoe that is about to drop.

I believe that the vast amount of evidence is causing the delay. DNA is a lot faster than it was in the beginning. It used to take a year to get results back. Now, in a situation like this, it can take only days.

However, computer information is another animal altogether. Think Casey Anthony, think Jodi Arias. Multiply the number of computers and amount of data that has to be retrieved and analyzed. That takes months and months. If LE is trying to unravel this complex case, they have to have all the evidence together from the computers.

AFAIK, computers have been seized from JR, CWW, MS, and the medical practice. If there are more people involved, I'd like to know that there are sealed warrants for the private computers of others for which LE has found probable cause.

Great post! ..... and a good reminder of how challenging and involved the analyzation of evidence can be!

Absolutely. Yes

Thanks for the clarification!

Previous cases that have been on Websleuths ...when it gets to a lull ... there are many mis-information posts or people not knowing to say:moo: that are new and go through the threads taken as fact .

so I just wanted to nip them in the bud to get clarification..:tyou:

it was not specific to you.

Where is the vehicle that was used to drive to Florida... was it traded in for the van?

Have not posted a lot, so excuse me if I don't do it well, I am relatively new a month or so. I can't find the excerpt and wanted to read about the frisbee playing on the roof, could someone direct me to that? Also wanted to say I watched YOUTUBES of Dr. Sievers, and she was such a generous DR wanting to share her knowledge of health and well being to the masses. The sheriff often says "connectivity" - which means many threads run throughout, and will weave to tell the story. Reading MS was at the trailer, really gives me a bad feeling, in the pit of my stomach....

Thanks for allowing me to share.

KayCherry's post in thread 8 didn't get a response before the thread was closed. So bringing it forward. In researching something else, I found the original post about MS playing on the roof of his home.

My ex had cushings disease, had his pituitary and adrenals removed, takes testosterone injections, and turned all kinds of crazy. I fled in fear in the middle of the night with my kids.
Cortisol levels and testosterone levels are notoriously difficult to manage/monitor.

I don't know much about that stuff.

That is for body building correct?

Isn't viagra and cialis the new recreational drugs for the other reason?

This was my initial gut reaction, and in the last few days I came right back here. Statistically, men don't leave their wives unless they have someone else. If he had someone else, why wouldn't he just get a divorce? It's not unheard of, but what are the chances that his new partner would go along with a murder plot? And if the new partner didn't know about the plot, why would he take such a huge chance, when he could simply get a divorce - it seems like he would be entitled to both spousal and child support. If he was truly smitten by someone else, how would that lead his thoughts to something so vicious as murder? Wouldn't that kind of ruin his self-image as a loving father and family man, and cast a shadow on the new relationship/life?

If he felt wronged, however, he could be very bitter. If it was not in his control, he could feel panicked. And CWW, who might have otherwise said, "Dude, just divorce her and move on with your new woman," might be convinced that TS was ruining his friend's life after all MS had done for her and sympathize enough to help him.

BBM ... I can see this as a possibility, with the added possibility of some hanky panky in the financial/computer area. Perhaps CWW had been fiddling with the books, or doing something nefarious with the selling of drugs, supplements or hormones, or even diverting funds. Then MS finds out that TS is catching on, and for that reason and/or other personal reasons she wants to leave the marriage, which would be devastating to MS or any crooked plan that he and CWW may have concocted - MS emphasizes how dire this situation is, and his loyal friend CWW comes to the rescue. Please note this may be a far-fetched view of what really happened, but with the lack of any updates from LE, I am trying to come up with any possible scenarios to explain this heinous crime and the fact that it was allegedly committed by a good friend of MS (and also JR).

JMHO .........

Great question! Makes me wonder if they used a rental?

"Honey, can you please rent me (us) a car. I have to go to FL to make $$$$$ over the weekend. My credit card is too close to the limit.." That kind of a thing.

Their tags could not be run, just to be "safe".. and then they went to Walmart...Oh the irony!

Someone brought up that the 🤬🤬🤬 posts stopped when CCW was arrested.

Yes, the 🤬🤬🤬 posts on MS FB page stopped July 12, but that 'could be' a mere coincidence (of many!) that the person who created the 🤬🤬🤬 realized after 12 days there seemed to be too much discord over the wording of who would benefit from the donations, so that person decided to stop promoting the 🤬🤬🤬 page on MS FB page. Or, yes, perhaps CWW contacted MS and told MS that he was brought in for questioning (custody?) by MO LE.

ATTENTION WEBSLEUTHS MEMBERS

Starting today, we will be removing posts from unverified members posting information based on their own personal knowledge.

It has gotten out of hand. We have too many people claiming to be close to the people involved yet they are not verified.

If we do not get a grip on all of the unverified posts then Websleuths becomes like all the other crime forums. Posting anything and everything and allowing a discussion to
go in a million different and crazy directions. In other words we lose all credibility.

The only poster so far who is verified is Skinner. If you don't agree with what Skinner posted about his good friend Mark then you need to become verified to respond directly with your own personal information.

If you want to discuss becoming verified send an email to [email protected]

What we need from you to become verified is a photo I.D. and some proof of a link you have to the Sievers story. Also, I must contact you by phone
if you want to become verified.

Say you knew Teresa. How can you become verified? Provide a picture I.D. and some proof of your friendship. Even a picture of you and Teresa together would work.

We keep your personal information in the strictest of confidence.

If you do email please be patient. I will get to you as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Tricia

"They also see Mark with the children more often than Teresa...oddity, playing on the roof of their home on more than one occasion. Have you looked at the roof of the house?"

This playing on the roof wasn't reported by MSM or LE, right?

My understanding is that Walmart has cameras (as does Target btw, and Mall of America, who knows how many other businesses) poised so that Walmart catches a front pic/video of ALL VEHICLES it's High Def', so Walmart can easily read ALL license plates & get a 'front view' look at the driver (and passenger/s, if present with head-up...). My understanding is that those cameras that catch all vehicle license plates, etc., can be hidden super well & the mgt. does its best so that only a very small handful know about them.

EG Dru Sjodin case--- Very young Victoria's Secret mall worker kidnapped from mall parking lot then rape/abuse/murder by older man/registered sex offender.... That case was here in MN.

Dion, I hrroj.......was referring to MS mode of travel when or if he was spotted in MO. Neighbor said he or she saw Florida plates which indicates he drove, which if true, you gotta wonder why he would drive such a long distance. Which makes me doubt the neighbor saw FL plates. Oh well JMO.
