Circumstance Notes​

Edward was visiting a friend in Flagler Beach, Florida. The friend last saw Edward on October 17, 2003 around 8 am. On October 21, 2003, Anthony called the Flagler Beach Police Department (FBPD) to report Edward missing. Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) deputies and FBPD officers conducted their investigation, which revealed that on October 17, 2003, Edward was transported to Florida Hospital Flagler (FHF), Palm Coast, Florida. *It should be noted that FHF is now known as Advent Health – Palm Coast. Edward apparently left the hospital on foot and of his own free will in an unknown direction. Edward’s vehicle, a 1988 blue four-door Oldsmobile Royale with Massachusetts tags was located at his friend's house in Flagler Beach. Edward was last seen wearing a blue Boston Red Sox hat. A missing persons report was filed on Edward in 2003. Edward's whereabouts are unknown. This case has since gone cold.
