I hate to say it but I think enough reasonable doubt has been created here. I will not be surprised of a not guilty verdict on this one.

I so pray I am wrong, baby Emmanuel deserves justice, and I believe Mctear is the one who murdered him. imo

I'm glad that FL lets the Prosecutor finish their closing argument after Mr. Peacock! So to clean up all the inconsistencies that he left the juror's with. Unlike in NC where the Defense muddied the waters and confused the juror's. imo

I know what he's referring to as I worked in Blood Banking for a hospital a lonnnnnnnnnnnng time ago. Horse radish is a known analog to blood in testing. It tests as blood...falsely.

ETA: I was AFK when that was mentioned. Is there a person with a medical background on the jury :doh:
