That seems like a rather "minor" charge considering what happened to Felecia. Since he is being detained and LE are encouraging people to come forward with information, I suspect that somebody else reported the unlawful sex act.

There are probably other children he has harmed. I found some info online that looks like he came to the states from Jamaica around 2007. He moved around for two years and lived in Brandon, FL, Chicago, IL, Indianapolis, IN, Jupiter, FL.

Well, the new (sexual battery) charges will definitely keep him in there for a while. The only charges related to drugs I could locate involved simple possession of an unnamed controlled substance, which usually would not mandate either pretrial detention or a long sentence. The sexual battery charge (not sure where the media gets sexual relations from) involving another minor certainly makes him a prime suspect. It can't convict him, however. I suspect the cops don't have enough forensic evidence to convict yet. They are looking for someone who might have helped or saw him; or they are hoping he told someone and that this person will come forward. I hope so too!

So, we have drug charges and sex acts with a minor. But I was accused of rushing to judgment. Hmmm. Also, EW was arrested for lying to police. Sadly, this is playing out just like many of us WSers predicted. Another child used and thrown away to satisfy a pedophiles sick needs. :thud:
