So the child she is responsible for is missing and she proceeds to have sex with the creep that disappeared her. Then goes home after the hookup with no concern for Felecia? Why is this @#%! not locked up?

The gate was locked and she couldn't get in, then later she got in said gate? Did this imaginary man let her in? What did she pray about in the closet?
I am not sure how she managed to con this child's mother into thinking she was nice enough to take her on outings. She can't even tell a good lie.

This bothers me to no end. Why haven't they arrested Eboni yet? She has to be charged with something! Did she check the apartment when she came back? What was he doing in the other bedroom, 'cause I know for dang sure you don't 'pray' right after drinking liquor and before having sex! I believe she was still in the apartment. Alive or dead, I am not sure.
I hate this thought as it makes me wonder what he was doing in the bedroom if Felicia was still there to cause him to return and immediately have sex with Eboni.

Felicia's mom gave permission for Felicia to go with her.
Now was she a part of it or is she telling LE the truth, this is what they have
to investigate before they can arrest her.

Her waiting and having sex and praying in the closet while Felicia is missing tells me she will be arrested for something.

I think she said she prayed when in reality she had sex.
She didn't want to tell them she had sex with the guy so she said she went into the closet and prayed.

With all the lies and tales she's told, LE has no idea of what she is guilty of yet. She's guilty of something though. She sounds desperate for any type of boyfriend. However, why go pick the child up if she wanted to be out drinking and having sex? It just sounds like some kind of deal she had set up beforehand. Why ask where this child was when she probably knew. I wonder if she's had a different tale for Felicia's family, or if she's even spoken to them???

Im not so sure. MaybeHe made her drink and have sex and it is possible he wouldn't let her go...

His wife is afraid of him and im sure many more are!

IIRC, Ritchie was in the car with Eboni when she picked up Felicia.
IMO, this was planned from the get go. I wouldn't be surprised if Eboni was still pi$$ed about Felicia coming to her workplace, jmo.
