I actually got told on another forum a long time ago that I must hate Natalee Holloway and must hope she was dead because I said I didn't like Dr. Phil. I will never understand how he gets such rabid supporters.

I have to believe that anyone that was supporting him up until now will see clearly that he is a ratings and money motivated personality and nothing more.

let me tell you something. If they do, they will be found out I guarantee it and they will be right back in jail. I hope they do try and communicate I really do.

ETA: and the very last thing you want to do is piss off a judge. Judges get really mad when you don't do what they say. She was very specific about not communiating online or via texting or any other electronic way.

How about establishing funds to help the victims of these hateful crimes.
How about education programs. How about training peer mentors.

Why bail out the criminal when he could possibly prevent this from happening in the future.

Nothing would make me happier than for the group to sit in jail, wearing no makeup, jewelry, etc and wearing orange.
Of course if they had a festering boil or an abscessed tooth I'd be sort of satisfied.

Not when their emotions are running high.

It was the last time I posted at that forum. I had even donated money to keep them running and bought a t-shirt. It turned into total insanity. But it introduced me to this place, so at least I'm thankful for that.

I am so angry that these girls don't show any remorse. I hope something wakes them up soon.

I promise you she won't give them a second chance. If they try and communicate, someone will see it and turn them in IMO. They are not smart and they will make fatal errors.

TMZ has learned that collateral for the entire five figure bail for one of the eight teens charged with allegedly videotaping a brutal beating was fully paid for. That means it was backed -- in full -- by something equal to that amount. We're told this is usually done in cash, a mortgage on a house, land or cars. So who put up that scratch?

Dr. Phil's statement suggests some sort of rogue producer(s) went down to Florida and went "beyond their guidelines." We're not buying it.

Victoria Lindsay Biography

As a biography, she is a 16-year old cheerleader who attends Mulberry High School in Lakeland, Florida. Although Lindsay is an honor student, she reportedly has some growing up problems. She was staying at the grandmother’s house of a friend rather than her parents at the time of the attack.

Victoria’s cheerleader pals decided it would be cool to post a violent YouTube video, so six of the mean girls cornered her in a friend’s house while two boys stood watch outside the house.

It appears from the video that they tried to coax Victoria Lindsay into a brawl so that the video would look like two girls fighting and nobody would know who started it. But that plan backfired because Victoria did not fight back. She covered her head with her hands while she was verbally assaulted and slowly beaten more aggressively as the altercation continued.

Her injuries include a concussion, lacerations, loss of hearing and blurry vision. She has still not recovered completely in the local hospital. She endured the attack for 35-minutes

These high school girls are going to have hell to pay. All six plus the boys have been arrested for various charges including aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and kidnapping. Throw the book at them, judge.

This is also my plug for martial arts. Although it would not have helped against six girls she clearly could have kicked the main instigator’s butt and it might have made the other girls think twice.

Women should not feel so helpless in a situation like this, which could have been a lot worse in a public park at night. Victoria Lindsay is thin and should have some tools available to defend herself in any situation. So go ask your mom to sign you up for a martial arts class today.

Update: On a blog representing itself as Mercedes Nichols MySpace page, thanks to a tip from a commenter, the blog says “f*** ya’ll. I’d do it again.” The blog is loaded with confederate flags and offensive racial language. She claims to be a Christian and want children someday, while her interests include “Networking, Dating, Serious Relationships, Friends.” In one of her photos, she claims to own camouflage gear for killing in the woods and advises that her enemies stay out of the woods. Ms. Nichols attends Mulberry High School with the victim, Victoria Lindsay.
