Interesting body language expert on Vinny's show tonight, sorry did not catch his name. He noticed that when Wendi called Donna from the police station to tell her what happened, every time she mentioned Charlie during the call she covered her mouth/face. Also, Donna's lack of questioning details was very suspect.

I remain convinced Wendi knew it was going to happen, just not sure how many details they shared with her in the planning stages.

Like Julie Grant on Court TV, Stephen Webster is now also thinking that Fibbers might join Grandma Gotti soon, same trial, Two defendants

Having a medical degree does not make one more believable, immune from prosecution or from being convicted of murder. Just a few recent convictions: Dr. Sills, Dr. Adam Frasch, Dr. James Craig, Dr. Larry Rudolph

One thing I have noticed from Wendi's first interview, she first says the TV repairman came and said the TV was not fixable, but yet she still calls Charlie to see if she should fix the TV or replace it? What? Huh? She was just told it was not fixable by a TV repairman! Now Charlie the periodontist is smarter about TV repair? Made up alibi for the phone call IMO.
Plus Jeff lacasse testimony in Charlie adelsons trial, the screen was smashed. He thought any lay person would know it’s not repairable and that she should buy a new one. But she had to have a tv repair apt. An Alibi. Why didn’t she just make like a dentist apt or haircut instead

Ok, thank you. But just the father backing her is beyond unbelievable. He is beyond powerful and well-known in South Florida like you cannot imagine. Well, I guess you can imagine since he is a billionaire. It is beyond me how in the world he would choose this woman as someone that he should be supporting. He went out on a limb for her giving statements when they had the dateline episode on years ago, and in hiring her. Why on earth would someone like that do that?

It really made me go beyond to think she is dating a billionaire's son now, but the truth is, even if it's a different wealthy boyfriend, she has led nothing but a charmed life since all of this happened.
Shades of Elizabeth Holmes. She went and found a billionaire to marry her as well.

Oh, and I read today that Rudolph's adult son is pissed that he isn't getting the proceeds from the life insurance for his father murdering his mother!

Let's pick the sleuth in the back of the room waving her hand wildly: "Because if she needed to see a dentist, she would go to her father's office in south Florida!"
And, "she would not have the excuse to call her Mother and Brother all morning long, who are intimately involved in the decision making processes regarding one darned broken TV screen." (Go ahead, ask me another, I'm on a roll;);):):D)

We know that WA and CA became estranged before his arrest, but is there any clue when things cooled between WA and her parents?

CA is in for a pretty awful Christmas. Newly convicted and sentenced, being unable to talk to DA would be quite a hardship for him. I wonder how much information he has been given about DA?. It's a pretty big abandonment, fleeing while he sits in prison for the rest of his life, it's got to hurt.

My dental work for 2023 is done, I started holidays today. Tonight I'm starting my newly arrived Epstein book. I only ordered it recently, it was pretty expensive in Australia, and I was under the misunderstanding that it wasn't very good.It will be a memorable addition to my collection of books about dentists who murder. It is a very small collection- seven books with this one, covering a long period of time, (one, in Hong Kong, was in the early 20th Century), but I know there have been one's that have not been written about.

I can't wait to hear from the TV repairman. I reckon it's going to be almost the final piece to the puzzle. He arrives and is completely bewildered why WA wants to try and repair this crappy TV, she is told within 5mins it's not repairable and he can't leave as she keeps him talking, cracking jokes about TV presents and hitmen, then gets really upset. 45mins later he manages to escape, shaking his head in confusion at her bizarre behaviour...

Can you share the titles to some of your other books? There used to be a show on the ID channel about dentists that murder. I guess it’s a thing.

Epstein’s book is good. I personally would not describe it as fine literature, but it’s a fun quick read and has some good info.

Judging from Donna’s comments on the calls, it is possible the relationship between her and Wendi began to cool as the boys got older and didn’t need as much care day to day. Also, Donna and Harvey moved in 2022 to a different area of Miami, about 20 minutes away from Miami Beach by car (up to an hour with traffic, according to Wendi at trial), so they were no longer across the street and able to babysit/pickup the boys on a moment’s notice. This might have affected the relationship.

Katie Magbanua's birthday is tomorrow 12/22. How exiting is it, celebrating Christmas and one's birthday in the Florida prison system along with darling babies' daddy Sigfredo for the shocks and dear dentist boyfriend Charles for the checks?

I have a sense CA will be quite okay in prison. In one of the first calls with his mother, he called his original jail location (not seg) his “room” i.e. not his cell, and he wanted to get back to his “old room” like his cell was some kind of bedroom at mom’s house. He also wanted to be with his chums in general population.

His dentist credentials are going to be very popular in prison. IMO this will give him power and keep him safe.

HAVE A NICE HOLIDAY MINUSFOUR!!
Years ago, I had read about high suicide rates of certain professions: Yet year after year, both dentist and doctor remain among the occupations with the highest suicide rates. It seems as though in the United States, jobs requiring significant levels of aptitude, sacrifice, and education seem to be those with above-average risk of suicide.
In terms of profession, is the stress the same in every country? I would love your feedback when ever you have a chance. And always happy you are sharing with us!

I had 3 questions to ask you WSers and now I can only think of 2 :(.
1. (Is this tertiary hearsay? lol). I read where Fanci F said that, re WA’s boyfriend George/Jorge… he’s not a billionaires son but an immigration client of hers, a bit older and with a son. Did anyone hear that? I think it was from her live last night.
2. I believe someone here (WS) mentioned this just the other day that the Adelsons paid for June’s condo. ?? Wish I had asked about it at the time. If so, why??
(I know there’s something else.. I just can’t think of it right now, sigh). TIA

I believe his license was suspended - but I can not find my notes for that... So do not think he can practice in the prison.

I don't believe this is a published fact but the obvious reason would be to influence or soften JU's sworn testimony as a witness because she holds two pieces of key evidence: (a) having seen stapled money at Whale Harbor, and (b) that a distressed DA told her that DM was "haunting her from the grave".

Correct and they initially would not want to allow CA anywhere near dental equipment or supplies. Interestingly, the FLDC does operate programs where prisoners can get certified dental technician training. I can envision CA eventually being allowed to be a mentor in such programs, maybe in 10 or 20 years.

on 2. Georgia specifically asks June in trial 3 something about her move to a condo. Because it's months ago, I can't remember how pointed her question was but it may have been as direct as - did Charlie support you financially to move into the new condo?

Georgia knew something but probably couldn't prove it. ( Rather like Magbanua's brother supposedly paying all legal fees vs the brother potentially just being the distributor of funds)
