State just dropped 80K emails on Donna’s defense?

- As of April 29, 2025, there is zero docket entry mentioning the discovery of 80K emails, which were supposedly previously undisclosed
- If these 80K emails were newly discovered electronic data “dropped” by the State investigators, why do not they appear as “Response to demand for discovery” in court filings?
- The click bait experts wanna be news pundits on YT are not authoritative sources of court events. They might sensationally scoop “80K new emails dropped on Donna’s defense” but they are unworthy JD degree’ed and pseudo-journalist bums
- Flurry of sealed filing started with motion to seal a motion for change of venue. Change of venue must be justified such as with excessively hostile “media and/or internet coverage” as motivated by some “digital forensic and electronic evidence experts’ report”
- Such so called “experts” is John Sawicki, who is barred from testifying on behalf of Donna Adelson due to potential conflict of interests from prior work on behalf of Magbanua
- Other so called “experts” of “Social media investigation and analysis” could provide motivation for motion to dismiss the Judge
- These court maneuvers, including the multiple notices of deposition that have been filed and then promptly canceled seem to display busy work generating thousands of $$ of billable hours for not much positive progress
- In such sealed filings could be some “80K emails” (do not have to be emails per se but could be internet postings such as at ws or reddit) from Donna Adelson’s “experts” (not from the State investigators) designed to motivate change of venue, dismissal of the Judge, and continuance
- Circuit Judge Jackie L. Fulford’s career on the bench ended Wednesday (9/30/2015) as the Florida Supreme Court ordered her involuntary retirement because of a physical disability
- The disability interferes with Fulford’s performance as a judge, justices wrote in their final order. All six justices and Chief Justice Jorge Labarga were in agreement after the Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) in late August recommended Fulford’s mandatory retirement
- Fulford was being investigated by the JQC on charges of improprieties while she served on the bench in Wakulla County
- These facts of character are to intuit that Fulford's maneuvers could be potentially self serving rather than actually helping the defendant
- These “80K emails” could be self serving “reciprocal discovery” in the sealed filings of the defendant instead of legitimately incriminating discovery from the investigators of the prosecutor
- Wait and see before fretting about potentially nothing burger “80K emails”, which could be from the so called “experts of social media investigation and analysis” of the defendant
- No amount of wiggling and shaking judicial motions would save Donna Adelson from the destiny she and her alleged other co-conspirators and murders created for themselves
