Assistant State Attorney Georgia Cappleman is asking FBI Agent Pat Sanford about when the convicted conspirators were arrested in the case.
I'm wondering if the judge had to swear in Donna because whatever she has said to her jailhouse buddies would (allegedly) be her version of the case, so it would be akin to her testifying if she agrees/refutes (through her attorneys) what they testify to. I assume this is to cover for the event that Donna opts not to testify in her defense when the state rests its case.

How does Donna get off? She had Dan’s auto info in her planner and realized Wendi was turning against her. She was looking into flights to countries that didn’t have extraditions back to the US. And of course she was arrested as she was waiting to board one of said flights.
Attention good or bad is still attention. All of her complaints about the living conditions where she has been kept..I saw just a few. The heavy breathing because of something in the air, she gained weight because of the quality of food, the alleged sexual advance... she is creative. It is all about her!! She can and will come up with many more I'm sure. She reminds me of my dearly departed manipulative , conniving MIL. I had her pegged and she did not like me!!

What about Wendi signing the boy up for Football in Miami before the murder? Was it July 3? Did I hear that right?
Does anyone get the feeling that Donna may try to pin this on Wendi?

After lunch, the jury is back. Miami-Dade PD (or possibly sheriff's office) Detective Jonathan Grossman is on the stand.He helped with a search warrant for Donna Adelson's home.

However, if she tries to blame Wendi, that will give the state more evidence against WA, and an arrest would be immediate? idk Haven't followed the case too closely, but it's insane that this crazy family wanted to get rid of Dan Markel. He wanted nothing more, but to get along with his ex-wife, co-parent, and be a part of his children's lives. A good man. jmoDoes anyone get the feeling that Donna may try to pin this on Wendi?

So yeah, DA turn on your daughter, hopefully we get a conviction against DA, and WA is arrested. Imo, WA was the mastermind.

I noticed DA makes faces and she writes excessively when she can’t face people eye to eye because of the evidence being shared. It looked like DA had daggers in her eyes when the jail snitch was speaking. Who knows if that witness testified truthfully but it sure sounds like DA was paying for favors.
Due to Katie being careful not to implicate DA this time, I think DA paid her off. I think she told Katie that her children and family will be taken care of. Harvey may have made some cash contributions already. Just my thoughts but Katie was noticeably careful about pointing to Donna.

This handwriting witness is so nervous, but seems like she knows her job.
From what is being shown, looks like Donna is busted….looks like she wrote this.
If the jury agrees that Donna wrote this, this jailhouse snitch will be more believable.

Back to the jail house coach to lie letter.... juxtaposed to the CA testimony. Now, we are seeing the texting info.....eviserating Charlie's story, the jail house coach to lie, and new What's app info. Donna is cooked. And, there is communication between Wendi and Donna after the verdict--- Wendi was taken care of and bury Donna in the dress for one of the kid's Bar Mitzvah. And, a plan to leave the US. More than cooked.

The stuff retrieved off of Donna’s phone, searches, texts etc. and all those (to do) notes to prepare for their leaving the country in her planner are the icing on the cake.
She’s cooked.
Also, the defense going on about their 90 day visas….visas to their countries can be extended.

Note: The defense said Donna and Harvey had planned to return from Vietnam for Licoln's bar mitzvah. However, this text to Wendi shows Donna saying bury her in the dress she was going to wear to the bar mitzvah.
