No foul play after kayaker finds missing man's body in McCoys Creek

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has identified a body found in McCoys Creek as a man last seen at a downtown nightclub.

On March 10th, police said a kayaker found 28-year-old Jack Wynn near Chelsea Street in the Brooklyn neighborhood.

so last seen leaving a bar, missing for days, winds up being found in a creek dead. makes sense. what's the count up to at this point? i have never been to a bar and had a male friend who went off to the creek, or the lake, or the river, (etc) to pee and fall in and drown. in fact, i'd never even heard of such a thing happening really (although i am sure it DOES happen occasionally) and i grew up in the small town, and lived right beside the ms. river in new orleans, too- in the exact types of places where this thing would likely happen more often. it's weird, to me, that this is such a frequent thing. seems weekly now.
