Good Morning WS Friends!

Morning, Chelly!

Jury has left the room, and Miss Linda is doing a proffer. :)

Darn! Missed the witness!

I am washing down bathroom walls in prep for painting. Listening and not watching court today. But will check in from time to time to see what happening!

Thanks for keeping such good notes.

Judge Perry says that since the jury is already out, they will have a recess and will be back in ten minutes.

Morning break is over. LDB is back on cross with Dr. Eric Mings, forensic psychologist.

And doing a great job.

  • #326
LDB: You filled in a gap with an assumption?

Witness: I believe that's accurate.

  • #327
LDB sounds good!

  • #328
From the time of the shooting, until Dec. of the same year, the Orange County Jail folks observed no signs of delusions.

  • #329
Next witness, Dr. Gregory Prichard, another forensic psychologist.

All these doctors are getting kind of boring. lol

  • #330
Omfg you all were right I think he is worse than yesterdays "dr". Wow. 2 parts etc etc. CACA!!

LDB sounds good!

She really does, I think she should become a judge, and I wonder if she wants to be a judge one day? But she is so good at what she does. :seeya::loveyou:

I don't think they can have enough of these Dr's to make a difference. I bet this jury is buying this and that is all the defense care's about.

I know I just contradicted myself. I have a bad habit of doing that. lol

While testifying to their credentials, didn't all these forensic experts state they were students of Dr. Otto?

  • #334
I don't think this doctor is helping--even if the defendant believed his delusions, that wouldn't give him the right to go in and murder someone.

Oh, gosh--could be, Chelly. I may have missed it.

I do believe that if I knew when Linda was prosecuting a trial, I would travel to Florida on vacation to sit in on it.

  • #338
Lunch recess. Good now I can go back to wall washing with no excuse for taking breaks.

  • #339
Lunch until 1:30 pm, when the cross of Dr. Prichard will begin. :)

  • #340
We're back. Who is this atty doing the cross of Dr. Prichard?
