The defense has concerns for their client so they have a side bar. Judge Perry orders another evaluation of Mr. Rodriguez competency.
These are the same concerns that the defense has had along. He is going to be evaluated overnight. I think?
WESH | Judge orders new competency exam for accused Gateway Center shooter Jason Rodriguez
Gateway Center trial could wrap up this week
UPDATED 7:06 PM EST Nov 13, 2013
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. Judge Belvin Perry has ordered another competency exam for Jason Rodriguez, the man accused in a deadly workplace shooting two years ago.
After the jury was dismissed Wednesday, Rodriguez' defense team expressed concern over his mental competency.
"There are certain things they've heard that raises in their minds renewed interest in his competency," said Perry.
An on-call psychologist will conduct the exam before the trial can move forward. The defense was expected to wrap up Thursday, but Perry's decision could delay that.

Wow, the most interesting thing all day happened once I left.
This is just a little unofficial transcript I did from the video at the below link:
News Anchor: Bob, did you see anything that might have raised the defense teams concerns?
Bob Kealing: Yeah, Martha. At one point when I was in court, I was sitting about behind Rodriguez legal team and I saw him write or draw something on a notepad in front of him that drew a look of concern from his attorney, who turned the page on the pad over. But, Judge Belvin Perry is not being specific about what raised this new concern.

Good morning! I missed most of the day yesterday, what with the early end to the day. I'm eagerly awaiting the decision on his competency to stand trial. Apparently, some stuff he wrote to his attorney was quite disturbing.
