What do sharp tooth and his followers look like? Surely one of these experts got a description and a drawing by JR?

Sharktooth is to Rodriguez what Olivia Newton John was to Hemy Neuman; both made up both playing the system and then we hv THIS; someone here claiming under oath that she believes this too; she almost sounds as if she does.
I mean; gmab. The jury did get it wrong with Hemy G but mentally ill they found. They are both malingering IMMHO

Does it speak; does it wear it's stripes well, does it even freaking have any??

*ponders this* This is a load of CACA that this woman is testifying to and wow; this shouldn't be allowed at all. He is not insane in any way. This was premeditated murder. How many lights did he have to stop at on the way there? Anyone?

The defense has concerns for their client so they have a side bar. Judge Perry orders another evaluation of Mr. Rodriguez competency.

These are the same concerns that the defense has had along. He is going to be evaluated overnight. I think?

Wow, the most interesting thing all day happened once I left. :)

This is just a little unofficial transcript I did from the video at the below link:

News Anchor: Bob, did you see anything that might have raised the defense team’s concerns?

Bob Kealing: Yeah, Martha. At one point when I was in court, I was sitting about behind Rodriguez’ legal team and I saw him write or draw something on a notepad in front of him that drew a look of concern from his attorney, who turned the page on the pad over. But, Judge Belvin Perry is not being specific about what raised this new concern.

WESH | Judge orders new competency exam for accused Gateway Center shooter Jason Rodriguez
Gateway Center trial could wrap up this week
UPDATED 7:06 PM EST Nov 13, 2013

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —Judge Belvin Perry has ordered another competency exam for Jason Rodriguez, the man accused in a deadly workplace shooting two years ago.

After the jury was dismissed Wednesday, Rodriguez' defense team expressed concern over his mental competency.

"There are certain things they've heard that raises in their minds renewed interest in his competency," said Perry.

An on-call psychologist will conduct the exam before the trial can move forward. The defense was expected to wrap up Thursday, but Perry's decision could delay that.

Thanks Truth for that follow up! I wasn't sure what had happened. I still had the feed running and they started talking and what I stated is all I heard.

Wow n let me just say: I'm sure JBP is being cautious here as we know death is different. He is malingering and after the complete and utter BS that the good (albeit off rocker) dr claims he is paranoid schzo this does not in ANY way present as insane criminally insane or otherwise. It is presenting as malingering, and we demand rebuttal w states REAL unpaid professional dr take the stand to indicate so. Defendant is malingering.

And I cannot believe he has done this mid trial but he did the same with PPOF CMA.

:jail::banghead::jail: it's not rocket science. Jmmho here.....:banghead:

The Tibetan big cat find in the news today perhaps? Stripes, no stripes, dots or not, produce said saber tooth!! I'm all for it lmfao. What a riot, and dr on stand yesterday should lose her lic after that snafu. And I must say how dare she insult all of our intelligences like that.
:scared::facepalm: a disgrace to so called profession IMO.

Good morning! I missed most of the day yesterday, what with the early end to the day. I'm eagerly awaiting the decision on his competency to stand trial. Apparently, some stuff he wrote to his attorney was quite disturbing.

Yes, I'm wonder how this is going to turn out.

I heard he 'drew' something and showed his attorney. I'm just kidding here, but maybe he drew Sharp tooth? :)

Dr. Orlander found the defendant competent to proceed! Good.

  • #318
First witness for today - Dr. Eric Mings, forensic psychologist.

In such cases, the prosecution usually does a rebuttal, putting up doctors stating he was not legally insane (knew right from wrong). This is probably the most difficult case to win.

Now that I think about the end of yesterday. It was probably ploy by the defense to get a mistrial. lol

I believe Jason knows exactly what is going on!
