You are basing the whole case off of the cell phone pings which have never been proven to be true that I’ve seen. Many cases during this timeframe if a cell phone doesn’t have great reception will bounce around towers…I don’t see that as a likely scenario she willingly went out at night and had all her things with her. (Yes, iPod is what I meant). Now if they can factually prove both phones were “destroyed” that night, then I’d listen.

Why would do you think it mattered if her parents called the Mosaic to see if she was there if her killer(s) had no connection? —dumping the car. I’m not sure that made the difference anyways but I also believe the handler of the dog who stated he is positive the person who dumped the car walked back to the Mosaic. The dog walked right back to her building without neither ever being there before, and no I don’t think he followed Jen’s scent at her residence from days prior — not plausible from other handlers input.
In a recent interview Drew did claim that the phones were destroyed by removal of batteries. I know he’s gone back and forth on this, but he did give a recent interview where he is making this claim again. I do find it odd that the phones would be bouncing around towers that night if she was on the move. Especially if they suddenly stopped pinging. I also don’t think that there are any pings after 10:40 pm because Drew did give us a time frame for them getting destroyed at one point and that was between 10:20 to 10:40 pm. Now he claims he doesn’t know exactly when they were destroyed, but I don’t think there could be any pings after 10:40 pm. If there were he would have never said that. Here’s the recent interview where he makes the claim about the phone’s battery being destroyed.

I’m not sure if them calling around did trigger the car being dumped but I do think it’s interesting and important to note. Did someone get a heads up that they were on their way to start searching for her? Mosaic is not the only call they made. People at work may have known they were taking action. Logan has also said he called the ex he was friends with. I’m not sure if them calling around prompted the car being dumped then but it it’s important to note that the car is dumped about 45 min after the Kesse’s start calling around looking for her.

This is what the handler said in the police report. The dog that went back to Mosaic started on the passenger side. The handler thinks the dog was onto Jennifer’s scent and stated she didn’t have to walk the path for the dog to return to her condo.

Deputy Brown also stated:

"I ran the track with a bloodhound from her car when it was found. I have said many times, the track lead right back to where the car was parked at her home. I am telling you that who ever dropped her car at that complex walked right back to where it was originally parked. This tells me as an experience handler that whoever is involved walked back to the complex. Did they live there? Did they work there? Did they have a car parked there when they took her? That I do not know but they damn sure walked back there for a reason!!

"We tracked from the driver’s seat to the fence at her complex. At the time of the track I had no idea where she lived until we arrived at the fence."

"He (the dog) was trained to work off the strongest scent presented to him. If she parked her car at the complex and walked back (unlikely) would be the only way that would happen."

"The dog was presented the scent from the driver’s seat and tracked back to the complex. What I am certain about is that whoever sat in that seat, got out and walked back to the parking lot of the complex."

Where did you see this? I have never heard Deputy Brown speak on the dog. I only know of his comments to be in the police report. I am skeptical since the location of the start of the track differs.

He posted to the Facebook group last year and answered questions.

Not sure if we can use random Facebook posts. I am skeptical of the validity since the location of the track’s start differs from the official police report. Drew has also said the dog went to the front of her building and stopped its track there. She parked in the back of the building so that is another discrepancy.

If push comes to shove my best guess is it was a morning abduction by a painter who had carried out work in her condo.

As far as guessing goes it's all we can do isn't it? Call them opinions, even informed opinions but due to the lack of evidence or witnesses its all anyone can do. The perpetrator liked what he saw and took what he liked.
The perpetrator also dropped the car at HOTG.
