RE: POI and jacket.
Visitors here love 66 degree weather. If this person was use to cool/cold weather he wouldn't even consider wearing a jacket. If he even owed one. As far as an umbrella, it rains everyday in our area and you see very few umbrellas, definitely no raincoats. I work in a mall, I see thousands of people a year. It could be 45 out and still people without jackets.
RD, I put one photo you blew up and set posterize on 6. The profile on shot 2 cleared itself up. I now can see a decent profile. Mouth is ajar. Small upper lip. Its diificult to tell if theres a small moustache.

Where exactly is the guardhouse? (in relation to the two big ponds on Mosaic property)

The only entrance to the Mosaic is located in between both ponds. Looking at the Mosaic Condominiums from Conroy, the entrance and the guardhouse is located next to the small pond which is located to the right and just in front of the clubhouse. The much larger pond is located a distance to the left. The broken section of fence was also located to the left of the entrance and guardhouse.

Thanks, Cat!! Great job!! The photos do put things in better perspective. I appreciate it.

One thing that really strikes me are all the windows looking out onto that area! Being it was in the middle of the day, it seems like someone would had to have seen something! With the tennis court, the suspect is even less shielded, too.

Doesn't it make you wonder if they got fingerprints or something off the fence or the post? If he actually broke it climbing over...it would mean he had a bit of trouble for a second or two and might have inadvertantly grabbed the post or something.

Thanks for letting us know the temp and the shower theory, too. It does help, but I wish we could really nail it down. It would make all the difference if it were 7:00 am or 12:30 pm.

You know, I think I remember now someone mentioning the necklace a long time ago. Surely they put that in NCIC for the pawn shops...but it would make a very personal trophy for the perp so I wonder if it is why it hasn't turned up?

I agree it is very unusual that nobody saw a thing when Jennifer's car was dropped off at Huntington On The Green Condominiums at noon on a Tuesday. Very strange indeed!

I wonder if the suspect possibly wore gloves. Does anyone see any pockets in the suspect's pants on the surveillance photos?

There are three surveillance cameras. The poolhouse window camera captured the suspect parking Jennifer's car.
Edited to add - in the photo above (post #566) you can see the window on the poolhouse where this camera is located.

Thanks for the photos, they are excellent.

I have little doubt Jennifer showered that morning. To her it was a normal work day.
She did not know she would be abducted.

I believe Jennifer followed her normal workday routine and whatever happened occurred after she stepped out of her condo and locked the door.
This is what her father believes and I tend to agree.

The way I see it the only way this case is going to be solved is by finding the suspect.
The person who parked her car at HOTG has the answers to just about all of LE's questions. Once LE has the answers we will too, eventually.

Just where is the suspect?
What were the suspects movements for the thirty minutes after the photo was taken at the pool gate?

What is the suspect doing at the very moment you are reading this?
The suspect is out there somewhere.

where exactly are all 3 cameras?

in the photo titled HOTG Camera Facing Jenn's Car the camera is located at the bottom of that triangle shaped part of the roof right? And that's the camera that wasn't working? Okay where are the other two? In other pictures, there's basically the same camera location on the other side of the pool house at the bottom of the same triangle thingy right? So where is the third camera? I still can't see it. Or do I have it all wrong?


Also where is the Borrow Pit located? That body of water? Looks big. I can't recall where it is in looking at the aerial view of the area. Is it a big lake or a river or what?

The three surveillance camera locations at Huntington On The Green are all on the pool house.

A camera is located in the triangular peak of the pool house next to the roof line facing towards Texas Avenue, which is where we see the best photos of the suspect walking past the pool gate.

Another camera is located in the opposite direction also in the triangular peak of the pool house next to the roof line facing the parking lot where the suspect parked Jennifer's car.

A camera is located in the window of the pool house, which is at a lower level. You can see the window on the left side of the pool house in the above photo (post #566).


The Borrow Pit is located behind The Mosaic Condominiums and across the street from where the construction was taking place at that time on Millenia Blvd. This would be north of The Mosaic. This is what LE needs to call in Equusearch to deal with. They have the equipment to search it as it has not been done. They mentioned they were "considering" using the sonar, but considering and doing have been two different things as usual with OPD. It is a real possibility there is evidence or more there. I don't understand why they are aren't hellbent on having those searched. The Kesses need to ask those questions of LE.

Your photos are excellent, Cat! It really does put things into perspective when you can see things from a "real" angle instead of from the aerials shots. You are such a good investigator! (Now...see if you can find that mailman and get him to talk. LOL)

it's a damn shame that third camera wasn't working. is this confirmed or just rumor?

Another missing woman in Central Florida (Marion County) not too long ago. She's about 39 I think, white female, only her car was found near a forest I think. Marion County isn't too far from Orange County. Christine Wiles is the name, they found a large amount of her blood in the trunk of her car. Apparently she was from Texas or spent time in both places, not sure. But she vanished in Central Florida.

Mystery:

We all believe the most likely scenario is that JK showered, locked the door, and was abducted while walking to, or at her car.

However, with no physical evidence, no witnesses, no signs of a struggle, other options should not be eliminated. imo

Remember, LE has told us to keep a timeline open of 10pm to 8am.

Also, if JK did leave her condo, why is the landline classified information?

Is it just to keep us guessing? Maybe, but, I think there maybe something there.

Also, we don't know when JK's cell was turned off. Let's hope LE does.

REgarding the fence: Do we know for a fact this is where Bo tracked the POI's scent? Do we know when this fence became detached from the pillar?

I agree, that it is suspicious. IT could very well have been dislodged from someone jumping the fence. I just wonder when the fence was damaged.

If this is from the POI, it is further evidence, that points at a younger POI, who is familiar with Mosaic, and knows his way around the complex.

Regarding HOTG experiments: Nobody ever suggested touching HOTG camera's. What was suggested, was for the Kesse's, to hire a PI, and have him do experiments with different people, and asking HOTG if they could provide a disc, or tape, and keep the data. It's obvious, that HOTG, and Mosaic, would rather put this event behind them, for obvious reasons.

Regarding the third camera;

I think we should be cautious before jumping to conclusions.

Do we know for a fact, the third camera was not working, or is this just a rumor?

IT's possible the third camera was working, and is angled at the poolgate, and hence, didnt' have the proper angle to catch the car being parked.

It's also possible, that LE doesn't want to release these photo's to the public.

I don't know where these rumors started, but, I do remember the guy on the news saying, "and the camera's were rolling", pointing up to HOTG poolhouse.

Could that camera have been out of order. It's possible, but unlikely.

Those camera's are obviously there for one reason, for liability against someone drowning at HOTG. One is pointed at one gate, the other most likely at the second gate, and the third, at the pool. IMO, liability, is the reason for the camera's, not safety.

There are gates on each end of the pool. The POI drove past the pool and parked close to the gate on the sidewalk. The third camera is pointing directly at where he parked, as I posted awhile back. I looked right up at it from the parking spot. I seriously doubt they released that long range video and are holding a closeup of him parking the car and getting out of it.

The first camera is pointed at the gate on the other end of the pool, and those are the photos originally released of the POI walking by.

The second camera points out over the pool at the main drive into the complex, providing the long range wide angle video of him driving in parking, and walking back out and around the first gate camera.

Rumors may or may not be true. I was not the person who began the rumors.

As I have clearly stated on the previous page that it was a very early rumor that a surveillance camera captured the image of Jennifer's car being driven at the intersection of John Young Parkway and Conroy/Americana near the time she went missing.

I also clearly stated on the previous page that it was a very early rumor that the surveillance camera facing the parking lot where Jennifer's car was dropped off at Huntington On The Green Condominiums was not working.

You are correct, the two surveillance cameras in the triangular peaks of the pool house up by the roof line face the two gates. The window camera faces the pool area. By the way, it was the window camera which showed the actual footage of the suspect parking Jennifer's car.

I do believe that the surveillance camera facing the gate towards the parking lot where Jennifer's car was found would have shown the suspect parking Jennifer's car if the camera was operational that day. If the camera was indeed working then I can't even begin to imagine why those images have not been made public.

I do believe there is a strong possibility that the broken section of Mosaic fence is the same section of fence that the suspect climbed over to enter The Mosaic grounds because the broken section of fence is in the same area as described in this article about the scent followed by the bloodhound:

"..The trail bypassed the complex's only entrance and led to a stretch of fence separating the public sidewalk from its private grounds. Once the 6-year-old bloodhound entered the grounds, the dog picked up the scent inside the fence and went directly to a staircase leading to Kesse's second-floor condominium..."

Right, we have known that from day one, regarding the second pool gate.

What we don't know, is the angle of the camera, and how much of that spot is covered by that camera.

The other camera is much further away from the POI, and at less of an angle.

The third camera, if pointed at the gate, would be pointed at a much steeper angle, almost straight down.

Whose to say that camera was working, or that the camera simply shows the car pulling in, but, only has a photo of the backside of the POI, or just his legs, or nothing at all.

Unless we see photo's from that camera, or have LE release information regarding if that camera wasn't functional, we just don't know. IT is a rumor, an assumption, or educated guess.

LE was hesitant to release the video of the POI parking the car, and fast forwarded five seconds of it, to keep the public from seeing what the POI did as he emerged from Jk's car.

Maybe, this camera was working, and shows what the POI did after he exited the car, and LE doesn't want this information in the public domain.

So, until, we know for sure the camera wasn't working, everything is an assumption.

Also, the reason LE could not be releasing these photo's, is because originally, they didn't want the POi to know they had "captured" him parking Jk's car at HOTG. LE wanted to keep the POI guessing, and hopefully, he would come forward, and, admit it was him on the video.

Regarding the fence at Mosaic. IF the POI did in fact damage that fence while jumping it that day, and that is the spot that Bo tracked the scent to, it greatly reduces the chances of this being a "random" attack of Jk, away from Mosaic.

It is very unlikely, that a random attacker, would know which buidling Jk lived in, and a short cut, over the wall, and to her exact condo building.

I've been to friends apartment numerous times to visit, and would have no clue, how to take a short cut, or even find a different unit, and the corresponding building.
