Let me go back and find out, if I can, what the weather was the night before and day she went missing in FL. I will also look at those ads. Thanks, BB~

Orlando, Orlando International Airport, FL, United States
Jan 16, 2006 - 06:53 AM EST
Wind:from the SW (220 degrees) at 3 MPH (3 KT):0
Visibility:10 mile(s):0
Conditions:mostly cloudy
Temperature:48.0 F (8.9 C)
Dew point:43.0 F (6.1 C)
Humidity:82%

I found the 16th in some guys blog, but that was it. Gotta go now. Seeya.

Then she would have had the heater on, I guess. 48 degrees is rather chilly! It would also help speed up the drying process.

Some new idea's?

I was reviewing a case that I have been following on Greta, since last fall.

In Chicago, some dirtbag, went into a high-rise in downtown Chicago, was caught on CCTV entering the building, went up to the 10th floor, and killed a doctor, and the same guy, dressed differently, was caught, leaving the building on CCTV 45 minutes later. The victims name is DR. Cornbleet.

Anyway, I came up with a few ideas, from reviewing this case.

The Doctor's son, has started a "myspace", page, which shows the video, and has a forum, where people can give comfort to the family, and ideas.

Some of the people, really have some excellent ideas.

Also, the Dr.'s son replies to the posters, and responds to their ideas, as much as he can. IT really is a good idea, to keep people involved, and as if they are helping.

The doctor's son is offering a 25 K reward for the ID of the guy in the video.

Also, this case, will be on a new show called "i-source", or something like that, this Tuesday, on ABC, where it shows how people are using youtube to help solve crimes.

I wonder if the Kesse's would consider doing something like this.

First, the myspace page, with the video of the POI, and JK's photo.

Then, a forum, in which someone could respond to the posters, and keep the community involved.

Lastly, contacting the show "i-source", and see if they will carry Jk's case.

Maybe, these ideas have already been thought of, but, I thought I would throw them out there.

Sounds good left. Isn't there already films of Jennifer on Utube?

What I really would have like happen was someone to move into Huntington and have become friends with everyone. Its amazing what you pick up at a party or by the pool. Information I mean. Perhaps just going back and interviewing people one on one would generate some information.

Or come up with some generic sketches with as much true information as possible, the hat the pants shirt, and as much of a face as possible and go door to door talking abt jennifer and the guy. Maybe it will stir a memory, that the person didn't think was important at the time. Even if the person they mention is the wrong person, it would never hurt to check it out.

Thanks, Drumstick. I did read them and I did see where OPD did say they were open to other people searching. Did this include Equusearch? (I need to go back to find the article I read where OPD stated they didn't need them.)

Why won't the Kesses include Equusearch if OPD says it is OK?! I don't understand.

The one article stated that the gate was opened to a retaining pond, but I guess they never actually checked IN the pond for anything yet. The searches seemed to have been done fairly well, but to have excluded the ponds around the property leaves me wondering.

Equusearch has the equipment and expertise to search them. It would be a huge help, IMO.

I started to do a search for the temperature range in Orlando for January 24, 2006 and after not finding it right away I thought, you know what, her condo is going to be temperature and to a degree humidity controlled, so unless there was a heat wave within a few days of the temperature BB posted the furnace is going to be going a little that morning.

But that raises the question in my mind, where is the jacket that the suspect would need to have been wearing in the early morning hours stalking a victim?

I can only think he took Jennifer in her car to where he lived, but probably needing a house and garage to do that relatively undetected.

I don't know where else he could leave his jacket when he drove Jennifer's car to the Huntington and parked it.

By noon, the temp would have warmed considerably I would think...plus this guy's heart was probably pumping fast with adrenaline and he didn't need a jacket after everything he had just done.

Ah a high of 75 is not hot to a Floridian. But too a yankee it would be quite pleasant.

Excellent, Cat. Thanks. It warmed up from previous week's low of 48 in the morning quite a bit.

But now the question is, where is the jacket for rain that could come at any time, and did come an hour after he parked Jennifer's car?

rd

Hmmm...what do you think this guy would keep as a "trophy" from Jenn? My guess would be something more personal. Was she wearing jewelry? I don't recall any mention of it. Some keep drivers license, photos, hair, or clothing...so anything else that you can think of? The talk of the IPOD made me think...he probably wouldn't have kept it...so you could be onto something there, but what DID he keep that would trace back to her???

It is believed that Jennifer was wearing a gift from her boyfriend, Rob Allen, which was a triple diamond necklace which represented past, present and future when she went missing on Tuesday, January 24, 2006.

(I do have a link if you need to read the article which states this)

Police want to hear from anyone who may have seen the Chevy Malibu anytime after 10pm Monday night, when Jennifer last spoke to her boyfriend, and Thursday morning at 8am, when the car was found.

Detectives think Jennifer herself, or someone else, was traveling on South John Young Parkway, between Texas and Americana and Conroy Road by the Mall of Millenia, during that time frame.

I noticed this in an article written just a few days after Jennifer vanished. Could be a clue as to some information the cops haven't released yet. Sure it says "Detectives think" but they also wrote that they "think" the car was left at the time the suspect was walking there. They knew more than they let on of course...much more than a "thought" so it could be true in this case as well. Why do (or did) they think Jennifer herself or the suspect was driving on South John Young Parkway in the infamous 10 PM - 8 AM time frame? I checked the map, it's pretty much the main street exactly between Mosaic and HOTG condos.

this was also in the article...

Police are now releasing a timeline as to when they think Jennifer's car came through the South John Young Parkway corridor and detectives are scouring the store surveillance tapes hoping one of the cameras captured something to narrow the timeline.

What do they mean by corridor? like the intersection of South John Young Parkway and Conroy/Americana Street?

You certainly don't need to be a genius to realize the suspect probably drove down that road as you just turn left when leaving Mosaic and since the HOTG is in that direction....so they'd pass through the intersection of South JYP...

but the second comment is a little different than the first. Driving ON South John Young Parkway and driving through the intersection on the cross streets are two different things.

Excellent, Cat. Thanks. It warmed up from previous week's low of 48 in the morning quite a bit.

But now the question is, where is the jacket for rain that could come at any time, and did come an hour after he parked Jennifer's car?

rd,
I have my doubts that anyone would wear a rain coat for a light sprinkle of rain with a temperature of 75 degrees. If anything, a person would use an umbrella.

Everyone,
I have my serious doubts that Jennifer would turn the thermostat to heat in her condominium the night before or in the morning when she went missing.

I reside in Orlando. I made my own experiment with a wet shower to see how long it would remain damp. I definitely concluded that it is absolutely impossible that Jennifer used her shower soon after talking to her boyfriend, Rob, the night before, (Monday, January 23), and then getting dressed and leaving to mail the cell phone during the night. Jennifer's shower had to have been used the morning or early afternoon of Tuesday, January 24, 2006 for it to have still been damp. I do believe it is possible that Jennifer showered at approximately 7:00am and for her shower to still have damp spots in it by mid afternoon.

I don't think that the Huntington On The Green Condominiums management would ever agree to let anyone near their pool house surveillance cameras unless they are connected with Law Enforcement. The pool house gates are kept locked. Only residents and management have keys to the gates. Law Enforcement needs to be convinced to experiment with the surveillance cameras and models of various heights regarding a more accurate height of the suspect.

I believe that EquuSearch is very professional. If I ever had a family member go missing I would make a request to EquuSearch for their services. My opinion is that EquuSearch services will never be requested for Jennifer Kesse.

Just My Own Honest Opinion

Enrique Sparta,
Surveillance camera film was collected from the 7-11 at the corner of John Young Parkway and Conroy/Americana. Conroy turns into Americana at John Young Parkway. There was an early rumor that Jennifer's car was captured on surveillance camera footage at this corner at around the time she went missing. I don't know at what time, which direction the car was traveling, who was driving or any other information.

I think that I recall someone earlier asking about the brick wall in the background of the suspect photos by the pool gate at Huntington On The Green. The brick wall is a Huntington On The Green Condominiums sign.

My husband is a photographer. He took a photo of a section of the Mosaic Condominiums fence, along with many other photos, within a couple of weeks after Jennifer Kesse's disappearance. This fence section was loose on one end on top as if the bolts holding the fence in place had come out. The fence section was leaning towards the public sidewalk on Conroy. I believe that since then the fence has been repaired. This broken section of the Mosaic fence was located several sections past the drive to the Mosaic entrance and guard house. My husband and I believe this section of fence is possibly where Bo the bloodhound followed the scent of the suspect and then around to the other side of the fence and continuing over to Jennifer's condominium building. We believe that the suspect may have damaged this section of fence when he climbed over it.

"..The trail bypassed the complex's only entrance and led to a stretch of fence separating the public sidewalk from its private grounds. Once the 6-year-old bloodhound entered the grounds, the dog picked up the scent inside the fence and went directly to a staircase leading to Kesse's second-floor condominium..."
