I am no longer in L.E but I can tell u law enforcement depends on the stupid and the obvious. They are not putting a man on the moon. I think the family was bullied and should focus on that. I don't believe in the <modsnip> theory of work place such a disappearance depends on community and this isn't whacked on a lake in Mexico on your wave runner in a drug controlled area. But yeah, I think she had relations with regards to the living that resulted in the end of her breathings...

I am very skeptical of the "workplace connection". Apparently the guy who came forward with the information has some sort of lawsuit against the company and he may have an agenda beyond any concern for Jennifer. What he has said must be taken with a grain of salt.

The information about the phone pinging or being shut off at 10:40 the night of 1/23/06 at the general area of World Center and International Dr. could change everything; if, and it's a big IF, the information is correct.

There was a search in that area early in the year based on new "information" but there were other searches in different areas that were also based on new "information". I haven't read any news source that confirms this information. Can anyone verify that this "ping" really happened? (If it did, was it a series of pings that ended when the phone was cut off, or was it a situation where the phone was turned on and they off quickly?)

I am a little suspicious that it would take that long for that information to come to light. I would think phone records would be located quickly. If this lead turns out to be good however, I think it requires a re-thinking of the entire case.

To me, all theories are viable until the case is solved.
I'm not sure how to verify the ping either. There is definitely some conflicting information about many of the case details.
Maybe the phone records were located right away, but LE holds things back a lot of the time. They waited a long time (months I think) to release the video of Jennifer's car being parked. Plenty of time for people's memory to fade and for whoever parked that car to leave the area.

I have to agree with Maven and Kemo, Any lead is worth looking into. The thig that has always stuck with me in this case is TWO things... 1.)The perp walking away from the car to go??? and 2.) The K-9 dog following the scent back to the apartment. When I look at the "Workplace scenerio", it kinda clicked to me that if this guy new Jen, then walked back to her place to, collect his car?? But if memory serves me well, the dog went back to her parking spot. Thats the only thing that doesnt make sense, if it ended at her parking spot, he must of entered a vehicle. If a scent went back to her place, doesnt that mean thats where the abduction took place?

My scenerio is this, lets say they hung out after her phone call, he came over, she drove, he did something, kept the car and used it to dispose of her, then parked it there at the bad apartment complex, walked back and got into his car.. only thing that doesnt fit is I don't belive thats him in the POI picture? So he had help? Not sure..

Sigh..

are you refering to the guy arrested for stalking the family?

  • #206
No, I think she had personal relationships not fully explained or possibly not known to the extent of her day just not divulged online. I don't think u r looking at the dude who made her missing in that clip. Which I think is a failing to Jennifer Kesse. I think whomever made her missing it took a group effort....

The kid in that video is a clown just part of the circus...

  • #208
He dumped the car like he cared about it lol the car. He is not your murderer...

  • #209
They probably paid a dude to dump the car. He left **** in the car just cared about parking it. Lol u r not looking at a killer. And he knows nothing about who paid him. It was probably a dude working in the complex. U r welcome smart panel...

IMHO this post is very close to the mark.

I really wonder why the dude who parked the car has never come forward.
Why hasn't this person been recognised?
Has this person met foul play too?

I've always thought that the person that parked the car was just an illegal that was hired by the kidnapper to drop off the car. I don't think he had anything to do with the kidnapping itself. Also, the pants always looked to me to be tied at the bottom. They aren't straight leg, they actually look like at the ankle they are rubberbanded or tied in some way...leading me to believe that it was a worker who painted/ spray painted for a living. An illegal would be transient, perhaps not even speak the language, have no access to television, etc...or would certainly NOT go to police even if he did know something because of his illegal status and would not want to be deported. If this scenario is true, the kidnapper was quite clever in hiring an illegal to drop off car. Almost guarantees that the drop off person would never contact police

I agree. The person who parked the car could have left the state for a new job by the next day, or even have left the country. The person may not have any idea they were involved in a crime.

Also-the video of the person parking the car was not released to the public for at least a couple of months. I think it may have been 6 months later. Too much time went by. It's not like it was on the evening news the next day. IMO, the car parker and anyone who saw or heard anything connected to the car parker were long gone by the time the video was shown to the public.

From the "Michelle Parker Missing" Facebook page:

Yet another double edged sword we feel today... The remains found yesterday in Orlando are NOT Michelle.

I truly feel for who Evers family and friends this person may be and hope it brings closure for them.

Do you have a link on what tower it pinged from, I looked at various UPS/FED/POSTAL drop sites in that area and they all seem to be in nice areas ..sorta. Im a local. The other thing is that if this was a crime that was away from the condo, the chances of them(poi/s) drop the car a block away is questionable. Unless she went to a bad area of town (where the car was dropped) and they used it and ditched it the next day.

Also a fact that bothered me is why they dropped it at an apartment cmplex in broad daylight. I know most people arent home at noon unless home for lunch, but to hold on to the car from 11pmish to noon the next day seems very, very odd. Its also would be odd that Jennifer didnt tell her boyfriend that she was going to go out and do this unless she didnt want to worry him or felt like my wife does and thinks she can always handle herself going out at night.. sigh.. thoughts comments?

I lean toward it not being likely that she left the evening before to mail the cell phone. Her family has stated that she was quite careful safety-wise and even that she was a little uncomfortable about being one of the few occupants in the newly developed condo bldg. It's certainly possible, though.
