I think it would have been more likely for someone to have witnessed something the closer the abduction was to the apt. That's another reason why being closer to the car makes sense.
Do they have any type of timeline as to when her car LEFT the lot... did they uncover any people who remembered seeing it there at specific times periods during their initial interviews.
Part of the worker theory that bothers me is that...he abducts her and then stashes her somewhere and goes to work? He can't stash her somewhere at the complex because he'd have concerns that the police might be searching...
If he murdered her... does he report to work and have time to commit the crime... rid himself of evidence etc and get to work?
Does he not show up to work? Wouldn't someone realize that? I know the records were loose ... but it seems that someone not reporting to work would slow down progress and inconvenience other workers.
Then there is the disposal of two apparently two cellphones, purse, briefcase none of which has surfaced....
Also... am I correct that the VCR was not hers?
