and so appropriate for this defendant to have this verdict on 1st degree. I haven't posted on this but have tried to follow the re-trial and happily turned on the live stream just when the verdict was announced. I always believed he was guilty of 1st degree and am very pleasantly surprised by the quick & just verdict.
