The defense attorney seems to be saying that if you know someone for less than a month you can't be friends.

Why is his writing a song about Jordan such a bad thing? He didn't know him long, true, but he watched this young man die that night. If you're artistically inclined, it makes sense to put your feelings into music, or on paper, or in a drawing/painting.

Also, lots of teenage guys and young men call their friends their home boys or something similar. My 24 year-olds still use words other than "friend" to describe their buddies.

IIRC, Brunson mentioned yelling and Strolla tried to catch Brunson up and asked something like "I thought you said Dunn didn't yell" and Brunson replied "That was before the music was turned back up." Implying that Dunn was calm spoken up until the music was turned back up but then he started shouting. (Everything in quote marks is paraphrased.)

I just woke up from a nap. This witness seems great. How many of the passengers have testified? Did anyone do badly on the stand?

He's the third from the car to testify. IMO, they've all done well. Stayed calm under pressure and were honest, articulate, and didn't become rattled by Strolla's badgering. It makes it seem like Strolla is just barking noise.

ive not watched this trial, but if its John Guy..he was a lawyer on the george zimmerman trial..not defense, but state..
