He flew off the handle and, IMO, shot at a bunch of young men who were unarmed. His letters seem to be filled with hate and I don't think he'll be able to contain his disdain for the witnesses (who I'm pretty sure he'll think are a bunch of liars) or process. If he's found guilty it might be then.

I would love for him to take the stand. Pepper him with rapid-fire questions, in a not-so-respectful tone, and yep, his true colors will come out.

Ask him about those letters from jail and you would have fireworks.

I've already agreed with you, but would also like to see the former police captain in the Tampa theater shooting take the stand, too. Same reason, he'd go off at being questioned and disrespected.

My opinion, though.

When I was seventeen "older" people complained about rock-n-roll. If the music bothered Dunn that much he had a choice to move his car. Secondly, the driver had just walked out and gotten into his car. Within the next minute they would have been gone. Other than the fact those young men will probably have hearing problems as they grew older they were doing nothing wrong.

Dunn said himself during his statement at police headquarters that he was dealing with personal stuff so did that affect his judgment that day. Was he already aggravated when he decided to take it out on these young men? jmo

Damn right, those young men had every right to play music as loud as they wanted. Yes, it may be annoying for some but it was not his business to interfere. Reminds me of the Zimmerman case, where he wanted to follow someone for no reason. So Dunn was having a bad day, I believe that, I do not think he intended to go out and kill a teen that night, but the way he was shooting, was like he wanted all dead. If he does not get 1st degree, I will not be surprised

Yes, they can make out all they want that race is not involved here, but evidence is evidence and those letters are writings on the wall! If u get it, u get it, if u don't, be delayed. Soon as I heard about the case I already knew what the underlying issue was when I heard them letters.
