First time I've heard this. Do you have link? TIA!!

I think it was in My. Guy's opening remarks. I will try to see if I found it also in an article. It may have been in one of the article's Popsicle and others posted. I remember being shocked as I could not understand doing what she did.

Also, it's odd to me that they are saying Dunn wasn't yelling but witnesses say he was. Maybe the music was just that loud and they couldn't hear him? People said they heard him yell first and another heard him yell "you're not gonna talk to me like that!" So if the music is loud and they can barely hear Jordan and Dunn is in the next vehicle then the boy's version may be a little unreliable in that regard...

It seemed to me that Leland Brunson was saying that Dunn started yelling after the music was turned back up.

Interesting tidbit I heard today about the new Courthouse. The JAX courthouse is 2 years old and cost 320M to build. They have more courtrooms and judge's chambers than there are judges. They decided to build it bigger now to accommodate future need. There was a lot of debate as to why the old courthouse built in 1956 couldn't just be rehabbed. On the floors, there were 3 bathrooms all together. Why? One for men, one for women and one marked "Colored". In 1956, Jacksonville was still segregated. I think the new courthouse was well worth the money for that reason alone. JMV, IMO

Arrrgh, these prosecutors! Don't let a witness take the stand while chewing gum!!!!

I was doing a flash back when caught chewing gum in church when I was young. SACRALIGOUS! my mother said lol. But then they talked about why stopping at store due to smoking, and perhaps having breath smell better for the girls they were visiting that day, and therefore just was disarming as I can relate....this young man just had a cigarette and was nervous on the stand! I.GET.IT :fence:

Now where is that stop smoking thread in jury room for e-cigs :seeya:

Ah, I didn't realize, the tweets I'm reading are a little hard to follow.

@RachelLeitao: Leland Brunson testifying that #michaeldunn did not raise voice at #jordandavis, but verbal exchange occurred

@WJXTPulliam: Brunson: #MichaelDunn never cursed at #jordandavis. Davis was yelling and cursing at him. Music so loud could not understand what was said

The last one is more about cursing though. So he did start yelling after music was back up? Got it.

Judge Healey says the #michaeldunn trial will continue on Saturday. Although jurors are willing to do Sunday. Judge says that won't happen

Did this prosecutor do the Zimmerman case? He seems familiar.
