Why does Dunn have one defense? I mean he is really going for it lol he is doing way to much. Although he talks a lot of jibber ish, he surely is doing his job. Nothing he says can't justify shooting anybody, whether any of them got out the car. Someone telling you to turn music down is not that serious, unless the person is getting aggressive and asking you get out of the car. All these Damn crimes with grown 🤬🤬🤬 man and kids is a joke. Sad thing is, people think the youths are the main cause. Never needed to shoot, just ludacris to me, F that law

I so want to do my social work dissertation on stand your ground, I will piss off a lot of lecturers I am sure...

I hope this lawyer asks his client Michael Dunn why didn't he dial 911 .

IMO he didn't call the police because he was drunk from the wedding. If you're going to be shooting up innocent young men for playing loud music while intoxicated, you have to play it off right.

First, you continue your evening with your sexy lady, ordering Domnino's pizza and guzzling the box o wine you purchased at the same place you committed murder. Good times! Then, when you sober up in the morning you finally call the police. HAHA! Just kidding, that never happened.

Dunn didn't do anything right.

SMH.

Child locks within your car are on when you stop your vehicle and you can only open the front doors with the handle from the inside. If the backseat passengers want to get out of the car their doors have to be unlocked from the front drivers door. I also have an unlock button on the passenger front seat panel but not for the windows, just the doors.

Whether or not there were locks on the door it is very easy to check. jmo

I'm having the same issues. Was watching the judge laughing with no sound (heehee, I kinda love that man).

Good morning, everyone!

I haven't read all the comments yet, but I have been watching the live stream. When they played the tape of the shots being fired (heard from the audi/video feed from the Gate gas station), the camera panned to Dunn and he was smiling, almost chuckling while saying something to his attorney.

And that attorney!! He is trying his very BEST to trip people up by repeating their words back, only twisted a little bit, so he can try and make them seem like a liar. It was pretty great when the LaBlanc guy was basically telling him NO, that is NOT what I just said.

Maybe Jordan got lippy with him, but I HIGHLY doubt he rolled in there and was super polite while asking them to turn down the music. And when the contractor guy testified and said he heard him say, "You're not going to talk to ME like that!!" I think that was pretty damning. JMO

*edited to say, I wish that LeLand - who the cop testified was "sobbing uncontrollably" when he pulled up, had cracked a little, shed a tear. I know these are young men, and no teen wants to appear sappy, but I think it would have done a lot for the women and mothers on the jury. He is a very small guy, and he was doing pretty good, but at one point just seemed like a kid.
