I'm not being snarky, but tell that to Caylee and Trayvon. I'm betting manslaughter. I think we'll have to consider manslaughter a good verdict by Florida standards. JMO

First the cases were different. Completely different.

Sadly I think in Caylee's case they just left too much for the jury to have to imagine and also the Prosecutor caused issues with his smirking. I think they did not put together the case in a way that made sense only for that Jury.. JMO.
I believe that CA was guilty but I see why the jury did not think there was enough to convict her of it. MOO
In Zimmerman, The case was not winnable. He had injuries and so they had to consider that. They had to and so they found by the LAW and came to a correct verdict.

This case is a a guy who was ticked and took a kid out. There is no other explanation. He was in the safety of his car and decided to instigate. Then while still in the safety of the car shot into a car of kids after yelling, You are not going to talk to me like that and then proceeds to sit in his car and shot at a truck next to him and not just once or 2 times but 10 times. And at different angles..

He is a cold blooded killer IMO
