Those sound like sophomoric whining to me.

I completely agree. He has nothing else so he has to complain that the witnesses were biased and the state is just out to get him. If I'm a juror, this victim act is not winning me over at all. ALLLLLLL those people are against Michael Dunn?

I don't know why Strolla went down this path? Wouldn't it be more understandable if Dun had a bad day and was in a bad mood and took it out on Jordan.

Looking at Dunn's back story his bad days started long before this shooting. Seams he was a train wreck waiting to happen. Jmo

I agree. I just think the whole he was fine earlier in the day is not a winning strategy. I guess he's trying to make it seem like Dunn had no anger in him.

This is not my personal opinion. Just reflecting on lawyer strategies is all. I agree Michael was a ticking time bomb.
