Strollas doing very well. This is his strongest moment in case. #DunnTrial

I am getting confused about the safety locks.

  • #683
It all boils down to the fact that all this would have been different if Dunn had only done one thing: Called 911. He didn't...he ran, most likely because of the alcohol in his system that night.

And because, in my opinion, he needed to time dream up the gun story.

What the heck does this matter???!

The evidence shows he was shot in the car. NOT out of the car.. GAME OVER...

  • #686
Wondering how he treated Rhonda?

Just a thought about if the child safety DOOR locks were on, they would have to be turned off to get all the passengers out of the car, I think.

Because the owner of the vehicle and the one who drove it to the plaza and got out was not a minor and was on felony probation -- which he happened to be violating at the time and, apparently, intended to violate further by going to the mall.

Biggest problem the state has, imo.

All things being equal then, wouldn't the same hold true for the kid who wrote down the license plate? Who happened to be correct? :seeya:

And he felt he was entitled to do whatever he liked, due to SYG. I don't think he saw any rush.

Why could Steve smith hear dunn say "you're not going to talk to me like that" when teenagers closer to him didn't hear it. Strolla asks.

I disagree. Tommy Storns was not present when Dunn and Jordan exchanged words. He would have had no idea what was going on when he returned to the car. Literally, his only involvement in the confrontation was trying to flee the parking lot to get away from the madman shooting up his car. IMO, if he had not responded so instinctively and fled the scene, there would be more dead teenagers.

I find Dunn's claim of a weapon, or even threats, completely unbelievable. Not one witness corroborated Dunn's claims, not even his GF.

How many times do they have to say the music was too loud?

Brunson said Davis did touch door handle. Strolla says if child locks engaged Davis could have opened door from outside. #DunnTrial

.@strollalaw telling #dunntrial jurors exactly which evidence photos to look at to prove lack of evidence during closing arguments.

  • #699
Does he forget that the jury heard the witnesses, and they did not talk in the exaggerated tones he is quoting them in? Being a drama queen doesn't help imo.

I wish the State had brought in a Dodge salesperson to explain about the auto locking device. The driver could get out and all the other doors would remain locked. You had to physically unlock from the front. It was a pain and I can't tell you how many times my kids would yell "Unlock please". JMO
