Strolla saying the trajectory rods "defy the laws of physics." #DunnTrial

How can he say that? They're trajectory rods. They're usually the best piece of evidence in cases. They don't lie and they make complete sense here.

Idk. He was just a bystander, right? Did he have a weapon? And I thought he was homeless. I guess I'm not sure what you mean...

IIRC, that kid had warrants out and if he didn't want to be involved, he could have kept the tag number to himself. Sorry if I am not making sense!

Who are you guys hoping closes out the rebuttal? Guy or Cory?

I think Karmady is talking about Storns.

Here it comes, justifying the killing of a teen.
Is he also going to justify MD's right to enjoy drinks and pizza, after??

  • #728
I had to turn him off. Sorry. I just could not listen.. did I miss anything good?

Strolla: if you decide there was justifiable use of deadly force, you can't convict #MichaelDunn of anything #DunnTrial

John Guy will be, he is the attorney who made an objection earlier.

Strolla: justifiable force includes an immediate fear of great bodily harm- doesn't even have to be death #DunnTrial

I thought the cars were so close that the doors couldn't be opened on that side, so how could Jordan get the door open wide enough to get out. The door was never opened. Dunn even said he couldn't open his door. There were no scratches Or dings on Dunn's black car in that area. Jmo

ciao

I guess he couldn't find an expert to refute the ballistic evidence. Does he think the jury will believe his non expert opinion instead?

I wasn't talking about Stornes accuracy, though. I was responding to a question about why they would leave the scene if they had a gun they didn't shoot. A person on felony probation whose vehicle and passengers were involved in a shooting to which the police would undoubtedly respond, would be concerned about being found at the scene with a firearm in his vehicle. jmo

But the homeless guy had warrants on him. And he returned to the scene even though it meant he was going to jail. You are making assumptions about Tommy Storns and the reason for fleeing. They fled to avoid being killed. And returned almost immediately. There wasn't enough time for anyone to make a decision about dumping a (fictitious) gun, much less actually dump it. IMO, this was all covered thoroughly with eye witness testimony.

Or a medical expert to dispute the position of Jordan's body. Or any experts even his stress expert fell through (what happened there?).
