I wonder how the alternates back at the hotel know when they are done waiting for the night. They aren't allowed to get together with the serving jurors. Perhaps there is a bailiff who informs them?

BLAH!

Okay, maybe they're sleeping on it. I have to believe that they are taking them time in order to arrive at a just verdict. Tomorrow, surely, though?

I'd better get up early to grocery shop tomorrow ;)

#MichaelDunn jury- "We have reached a wall for this evening. Are we ready to be dismissed for the night?" - Judge: "Yes...admirable group."

Wow, there obviously is a lot of emotion going on in that jury room. I just really hope and pray and those who want to do the right thing do not cave and give in to the pressure.

May those jurors who are convinced of MD's guilt continue to dig in and not succumb to the pressures of those jurors who see it otherwise - I would much rather have a hung jury than see this "unusual person" walk or simply get a slap on the wrist. JMO ~

(I am well aware of how much I need to get a life, that I just spent about 1/2 hour going through a 9 month old thread. Not to mention spending about 2 hours last night trying to figure out the code in MD's jail letter...I need an intervention :scared:).

I played with the "code" too, lol. I think the hint has something to do with a part of computer programming and Dunn may have set up his own program that could be used to decipher the code.

First coded message I played with came out as "WRONG....", just took the 9th letter in the sequence.

2nd coded message came out "EFILLER", but I might have read the letters funny  7th letter of the sequence.

Okay, this WOKV ALERT is officially useless! It just notified me about the jury question. I guess there were no updates to traffic problems.

I have the First Coast News app installed -- they seem to have the quickest alerts.

I have a feeling the jury has not agreed on anything by saying they "reached a wall".

He gave his FB password on the call. They agreed to delete it.

I have to say I want them to render a verdict when they are sure of themselves, not tired and wrung out or feeling overwhelmed by others opinions. At least if its ever my trial, or if a family member is a victim. I gotta feel like they rendered their verdict with a clear mind and under no duress.
I'm okay with this. At least for today... :)

EFILLER maybe meant to mean "auto fill" like on a website page?

I had the same take on how to use the secret code but was too lazy to do it.
